Pros

Now, we got the process dialed in, have outstanding software and support, and I am more confident than ever that the process is as tight as can be.
Also because we have multiple agents that we pay it tracks the commission splits with so much ease. Love, Love, Love this software.
The support staff is extremely responsive and helpful. And the programming staff is constantly coming up with new and excellent features and enhancements.

Pros

Very good- glad I choose this program. Like the videos to show how to do things to fix stuff.
The commission management feature is excellent. Easy to use and a great way to manage all client and payer information.
They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Next Agency to anyone in need of their services.

Cons

Any time I have a problem or question I contact my sales rep and get a return usually within 24 hours.
Its license per machine feature makes it a little tricky to network. Also, support is one or two people not a team so immediate response can be a problem.
Once you renew a policy, there is no way (that I am aware of) to see commissions received for prior policies.

Cons

My email having to upload a lot. Seems to loose some of my tracking for source/tags.
Folders to import or sort things in to could be less confusing. There are times it is not clear where to put a file.
Not too much to complain about, at first it was difficult to upload clients and prospects, but now we have the hang of it.

Pros

I run all of my contact and case management from NextAgency. All I have to do is login and see what I'm up to for the day!

Cons

Commission tracking has been a little buggy.

Overall experience with the sales and admin team at NA has been phenomenal. Always available to assist with questions or new ideas. Set up was easy and fast.

Pros

in our search for a comprehensive system to manage our employee benefits business the ease of use and commission tracking were the major selling points. And that it is designed for employee benefits in mind.

Cons

There is not a lot I can say about any cons to this system. Sometimes there are glitches but the team jumps right on them and gets the corrected. Usually in reporting.

All in one Benefits Platform

Excellent, they work with you and one of the [sensitive content hidden] is hands on and he wants to deliver the best software platform for benefits agencies that is the impression he left with my agency.

Pros

A simplified benefits platform that can organize renewals from small, large to individual based on whatever criteria you want, the documentation of the renewal process, syncing with EASE platform, commission tracking, notification system and tasking is in an easy format. You can learn quickly and be up and running in a reasonable amount of time.

Cons

A group that has a dual open enrollment event dates the system did not support the multiple enrollment event. The Lookup of the plans gives a view of all the plans that the group has ever had.
