Pros

Pros

LevelJump helps all employees who are being trained stay on the same page which helps employees stay up to date with there training. It helps the managers with our training sessions.
The most helpful aspect about LevelJump is that it makes it easy to track my progress during the training process. LevelJump reminded me when I was behind in my training and kept me up to date.
She helps us figure out how to better utilize the hidden functions within LJ as well as customize our iteration so it better fits our sales floor.

Cons

Cons

If you have to onboard sales reps and use SFDC, you are CRAZY not to be using this.
For example, one time it was down and we had to take the quizzes offline.
Nothing stood out as bad to me. It was an overall solid tool.
