Pros

As a former happy user, we're delighted to be back. The CRM is easy to navigate, has great functionality and at a very reasonable price.
Love the support, from good old Lancashire accents, help is very good and they took time to understand what I was doing and provided good advice to get things working as I wanted.
FLG is great for a small to medium sized business, and especially great for starting out. We first used FLG when we had 5 users, and have now scaled up to over 90 users with an additional 50 partners.

Looks awful on my iPhone, hard to read on small screens.
Adding a logo to my home page is difficult. Adding a Us phone number is also difficult.
Looking for a crm and automation integration for my website was hard.
