CPQ made easy!

Overall, it has been a great experience which was expertly guided by [sensitive content hidden]. His knowledge, guidance and patience is truly appreciated. The overarching goal for phase 1 was to improve the user experience of creating quotes. The feedback from users since going live has been positive on this, which builds confidence and trust within the user base that future developments will be good.

Pros

The ability to configure it to your needs without requiring any coding skills. It is very logical and has been able to handle our complexity.

Cons

Making bulk changes to product assignment and/or pricing rules can be a bit tricky.

DealHub is flexible but requires a lot of configuration

DealHub has a great CS and responsive support team. The product is good and requires a lot of thought and effort during the design and implementation stage, as is the case for all CPQ solutions. We have made good progress using the solution and look forward to future product updates.

Pros

I liked DealHub's flexibility. All businesses have a different pricing and quoting setup in their CRM, and DealHub can be set up for many different use cases.

Cons

Sometimes, the page load speeds can be a bit sluggish. It would be great if our DealDesk could make small amendments to submitted quotes rather than ask the rep to duplicate the quote, amend and then re-submit.

It's been very positive and professional. Their customer support teams have been very responsive and collaborative. Working with me directly to ensure we get to resolution.

Pros

It is very configurable and robust enough to handle our professional services use case. We have multiple pricing strategies for different services and DealHub was able to handle it all. Additionally, it's easy to manage and update, and to push out updates in real time to in-flight opportunities.

Cons

Nothing so far, it's been fantastic for our business.

My experience with DealHub has been quite positive. The platform provides a lot of useful tools that make it easy to set up products, manage pricing, and create accurate quotes. Setting up more advanced features and customizing workflows can be a bit tricky and sometimes requires extra time and effort to figure out. Pros

What I liked most about DealHub CPQ is its seamless integration with Salesforce. This integration ensures that all quotes, pricing, and customer information are automatically synced between the two platforms, making the sales process more efficient and reducing the risk of errors. The UI friendly interface and flexible pricing options make it easy for sales teams to create accurate quotes and manage complex pricing models, which significantly enhances productivity and customer satisfaction.

Cons

What I liked least about DealHub CPQ is the occasional complexity in setting up and customizing advanced features. While the platform is generally user-friendly, some of the more advanced customization options can be difficult to configure without additional support or technical expertise. This can slow down the implementation process and require more time to fully optimize the platform for specific business needs.

Good soulution even though we are a small team

Pros

I dont have time to learn new software of to go thru complex setups - deal hub was quick and painless to get up and running quickly. The price was good for the features provided. The flexibility enabled us to set up complex pricing rules for different types of customers and projects. My sales teams had to spend less time doing paperwork and were able to focus on selling. We saw a 25% boost in performance metrics in calls and meetings since we have implemented it. The team likes the redline feature and the fact we can work with digital features and cut out a lot of the back and forth.

Cons

While the setup was fairly easy, I wish they had some video tutorials so the team doesn’t have to teach new people (which takes their time). If I could just point new hires to the videos this would be a plus. The software itself looks a bit dated, even though it works well. IMHO they need a facelift to make it more modern.

The DealHub team has been super helpful in taking the time to train me when I took ownership of the tool. Whenever I have questions I can reach out to the CSM team or the Support team. My questions never go unanswered.

Pros

I like the integration capabilities DealHub has with Salesforce. We are able to pull data from Salesforce into DealHub giving our reps all the information they need while creating their quote.

Cons

I dislike how subscriptions does not allow visibility into our MSRP. The way we set up subscriptions is to automatically increase our price by a specific percentage. Since we have that uplift DealhHub thinks that it's the MSRP price. There is no easy solution for visibility into MSRP when using subscriptions.

Love the Product. Love their support team even more

Pros

Love its easy of setup initially. It is also very easy to learn once you use it for a few weeks (as an admin). It provides a myriad of amazing features and is affordable compared to other CPQ systems.

Cons

There are still a few limitations when it comes to real time updates for multi-currency orgs (according to daily changes in exchange rates).

Fantastic experience so far

Pros

DealHub is very easy to configure in most scenarios. The Customer Success Manager and Customer Support services are fantastic and always willing to help. The UI is very intuitive and it is easy to onboarding colleagues with not technical background. Features like Deal Room, collaboration tools, the slack integration and document generation are fantastic. The DealHub team updates the product several time a year to add new features and to address shortcomings.

Cons

It can get complex when trying to address very specific or complex scenarios. There are some limitations when it comes to price book management for different products in different currencies and it is not possible to have a different price book per currency. The audit trail could be improve as it is difficult to track what has been changed.

Great product

We replaced an old bespoke system and have built the logic into DealHub meaning we have less user errors when quoting our customers.

Pros

The low code nature of the solution made it easy to get started with and it has developed into a very comprehensive tool used by our entire sales organisation.

Cons

Our pricing model is complex so the generic setup of managing prices in DealHub don't satisfy everything we need to deal with. We have worked around it though.

Great platform to automate our quoting process!!

We have reduced our sales-cycle significantly... specifically at the deal proposal and closing stages of our funnel. We also had an issue with forecast accuracy, but the engagement tracking insights have helped give us a better picture of deal maturity and expectation.

Pros

The fact that Dealhub is a complete Sales Engagement Platform, with all the tools we need to create, deliver, track, and excute each deal proposal process, is saving us a lot of time through this connected journey. And the ability to automtically sync all data and the signed contracts directly to Opportunties has been a tremendous value for us..

Cons

We are very pleased with DealHub. Their support team is great and the implementation was really quick and easy.

Amazing CPQ Tool

Pros

We can set up really amazing automations to generate customized Agreements based on many different factors. Also our product pricing is not fixed and Dealhub has been amazing to use to set up these advanced long formulas and generate accurate pricing.

Cons

Would love to have a bit more freedom in how to customize our Agreements visually.

Best Deal Proposal System

We have standardized our pricing, and streamlined our workflow approval process. Our sales team now send out really slick deal proposals and we feel confident that we will be a strong contender for every deal we compete in.

Pros

We liked it all: deal tracking, document creation, workflow approval, margin approval, esign, easy price quotation, and contract management all powered from one guided playbook! The intuitive nature of the Dealhub platform is what I liked the best.

Cons

No major downsides, the team lived up to expectations and we were able to get fully up to speed as planned.

DealHub has helped us streamline our sales process and the CPQ makes proposal generation quick and efficient. Our team got up speed quickly and it's making us more effective. Our clients enjoy the professional proposals and the esign feature. The added value our clients receive through customized sales content helps us close more deals.

Pros

DealHub CPQ is very easy to use. Their team helped configure my settings and from there it was very intuitive to use to create proposals. I can foresee this being a huge timesaver and it will ensure all proposals go out with the correct service packages and pricing. The interface has a professional appearance which I am proud to present to my clients. The integration with Salesforce CRM is seamless.

Cons

No complaints. Their team makes it easy to implement and I know I can rely on them if I have issues.

Great CPQ tool value for money

The tool helps improve efficiency and reduces the time it takes to make a quote it gives the conference to the sales rep that he is using the latest prices with all the calculations done i the backend for him

Pros

I liked the ease of use and the structure of the interface. Making it easy to setup even complicated pricing rules. And the fact that a salesman can easily understand what he needs to do.

Cons

I would like to see much more self served documents and videos exposing all the featured options the system had and to see more tool tips on the interface.
