This is an awesome tool to help you track emails and document opens. Its helpful to know when a document is opened. You can also schedule your emails to be sent which is great!
I have not been using Docsify for too long but do not have any cons with it yet.

It is really interesting way to check who has read your email - so you know instantly that it is not wise to make a followup if this is not the case
I think that their plugin should explain somehow how it works without need to watch their demo video
