Pros

We have experiences a great customer service from easy-commission team. They adjusted the easy-commission to our needs and gave an excellent support during the set up and the test phase.
We have been searching for a way to calculate commissions without investing a large amount of money. Easy Commissions seems to have been the perfect solution for us.
We are happy with the product and we will continue to use it.

Pros

The interface is clean and easy to use. On first impressions it looked like the re-brand from InfusionSoft was a move good to keep things more simple.
I love this product, it is the best when you get advanced marketing experience and a big mail list, you can really do magic with it with the advanced action based segmentation.
I had some great help with getting everything set up and I find the email automation system quite easy to use and understand, which is great as it has gotten me to do a lot more with automation.

Cons

Not enough training and tutorial videos. Bad customer service (Ex: Online Chat for Easy-Commissions).
We are in Beirut, Lebanon where we suffer from low internet connection and electrical out-ages.
Reduced significantly the amount of time taken to reconcile our company commissions and pay our reps and introducers accurately.

Cons

When you leave it idle, rather than timing out gracefully, you lose any unsaved info. I know that's more of a "my workflow, why the hell aren't you saving your work" issue, but it's still annoying.
Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.
Infusionsoft refuses to make simple fixes. Terrible for business to business.

The launch with a coach is great. Great training, great ideas. As a small company, it was hard to keep moving with this after our training support was done. The program is not as time friendly as we would have needed as a small company.

Cons

Time consuming for a smaller company. Not as easy to understand analytics and update within campaigns.

So far so good!

I really like the software and I see a lot of potential but I am still learning the functions and how everything works together. But I've had a lot of good help and Brad was great for me during the sales process. My coach Paul is giving me a ton of incredible tools and since we're still in the onboarding process, I'm sure he will continue to. The software itself has exceeded my expectations but I know that there are hidden gems that I haven't discovered because I'm still learning it.

Pros

It has a lot of tools in one place.

Cons

It takes a while to learn. It's not as easy to find everything without asking someone.

Pros

Infusionsoft is a great product with all of it’s many capabilities like tags and organizing daily tasks. It also integrates with several other SaaS products which makes it very versatile.

Cons

Because Infusionsoft is so customizable. It is easy to get lost and overwhelmed. More support videos would be helpful.

Keap isn't easy to navigate. We can't use Zapier to send affiliate codes, even though we can zap other information.

It helped to automate our onboarding sales process.

Pros

Infusionsoft has made it really easy to use their software. When you build campaigns, there is a very user-friendly campaign builder that lets you drag and drop and trigger all kinds of automation.

Cons

As with any software, there is a bit of a learning curve, but they make getting support easy. Overall a great product.

Very sophisticated CRM package, used for consumer marketing

We selected Infusionsoft after looking at various options. One of the deciding factors was the Perry Marshal, who we also work with, recommended it. So far its has been a big asset, and quickly has become a vital part of our marketing systems.

Pros

Its very powerful, flexible, and helps you with processes. It allows for various tracking of actions of customer interaction, and very strong email marketing support, which for us was another deciding factor.

Cons

It has a learning curve and takes some effort to become proficient in setting up emails and flows. Not easy to jump into.

Great product, but sooooo much to make it work

I use only a small portion of Infusionsoft. I know this. It takes so much time to get the back end stuff working. Running a small business is hard, trying to get Infusionsoft functional to grow the business, harder. I definitely think it is a great investment if you have the time and money to get it to do what they tell you it can do. But for a small business owner it often feels like a big scam. I discovered it and was excited, signed up and loved the customer support, but they will only do so much without an extra fee. So, it is a potential investment - one that I hope i will use or will eventually leave because I simply cannot find the time or extra funds to do what will make it as valuable as it should be.

Pros

Great potential. Good customer data.

Cons

Not easy to setup. Too complicated to make work without help from Infusionsoft. Cost too much to have Infusionsoft set up for me.

Game changer in my business. Grew my business 10x in 6 years and Infusionsoft was one of the main components allowing me to do this.

Pros

Assuming you get set up well, easy to use, fast, efficient, very innovative, powerful, can be a game changer for your business if you are growing and need to pimp out your systems so they work for you rather than you working for it.

Cons

Not easy to use if your not a techy (which I'm not), so its crucial you get set up properly by the right Infusionsoft Partner.

Cons

Processing a refund isn't easy - didn't work. I am using a pop up on wordpress (LOVE IT) and can't use on 2 websites, only 1.

Integrated sales & marketing: you have a complete record of what your customer bought, so you know exactly what to promote to him/her. Infusionsoft integrates with Zendesk, our Help desk app, which makes for great customer service. The monthly subscription is about what Mailchimp would cost, so you get real value for your money: CRM and email campaigns. Fantastic customer support. They speak English too!

Cons

It's too easy for a customer to click the "Spam" button instead of unsubscribing. Also, I wish I could spread a campaign over several days.

I saw this app working from friend who shared his screen with me and since the begin i understood how useful it would have been if i had it. So i bought it and since that moment i understood i should automate more or less the 90% of my work. At least the repetitive one. I'm not a very technical person, but the visual creations of the automation helps me a lot understanding what i'm doing. I suggest it to all the business. And the cost worth it for sure.

Pros

Visual easy to understand, good customer support, but a littlebit slow to reply.

Cons

I would like to have an user group in my country. Is not easy to share my experience with someone who speak my language (i'm italian)

I love that you can do everything from Email marketing, selling of products, webinars. I also love the fact that you can do tracking for which contacts have opened emails so that you can push the next email out even better, if the open rate is low, such as gmail or other providers spam folders.

Cons

Double menus can sometimes be confusing, and because there are so many features, it's kind of easy to get lost. Also, Campaign Builder can be clunky and confusing.

No x-headers allowed in the emails and the IP range is very wide. Does not make it easy to send emails to clients who have tough security.
