Pros

Easy to use and to understand. Straight forward commission reports for my reps and fabulous customer service by the team at Cellarstone.
However, this product needs better training and more tutorials to help customers better navigate the product.
We are happy with the product and we will continue to use it.

Pros

The best part is the fun it brings when someone register an accomplishment. The sounds/videos and celebrations on the screen is realy motivating.
Good control and easy to set new goales. Employees finds SalesScreen motivating and fun to use.
I like it a lot, the competition is very easy to follow and it is quite fun. The software has many opportunities and I like Coin-reward system the most.

Cons

Not enough training and tutorial videos. Bad customer service (Ex: Online Chat for Easy-Commissions).
Reduced significantly the amount of time taken to reconcile our company commissions and pay our reps and introducers accurately.
It's like why even have an online chat if no one is managing it, makes no sense.

Cons

Often bugs (things disappear, wrong numbers etc).
Sometimes it can be difficult to make larger changes in the setup.
Maybe that it's difficult to see each sellers bookings with customer name.
