Fathom Pricing

I love that Fathom captures not only the recording and transcript of the call - and very accurately at that - but it also captures all the highlights, topics touched on, and action items in the summary. This allows me to enjoy the call with my client/prospect without having my nose in my notebook scribbling as fast as I can. It's professional! It contacts the attendee ahead of time and asks for approval to have it on the call, and it offers them a copy. This is SO appreciated by my clients!

There is nothing I've found so far that I dislike about Fathom. I do wish it were a little less than $20/month, but it's hard to say that's not a fair price for the value received.

We use Fathom for sales followups and building out our repository of customer quotes for marketing. Previously, we were missing a ton of customer insights from trying to take notes during calls, or forgetting to record with other software products. It's so easy to use, affordable, and integrates seamlessly with Hubspot. It's a "can't go back living without" product.

Action items for our non-Hubspot users on calls are ending up in hubspot as tasks for the team member on Fathom who set up the call. We end up having to delete a few tasks every call because they aren't for our team. They are more like suggestion action items for our customers/prospects that are fine being only in the ai summaries.

It works so well, and very consistently. It makes note-taking during calls so much easier and the AI generated results are perfect for me to glance through and remind myself of key points. I love the fact I no longer have to use the Zoom recorder and fill up space on my cloud storage. It makes it amazingly easy to share videos as well. The automations behind the highlighting are excellent. So, so much value from a free product. I think it's great that it detects any issues with recordings and sends you an email to explain why it happens. Very proactive and I've not experienced that with any other tool I've used.

For some reason the Fathom module appears just off screen when it launches. I fully understand why the Fathom module needs to be on my screen during the call but it does tend to get in the way when I'm screen sharing, especially if there are a few highlights and notes already in place. Sometimes highlights end before I expect them too (not often though).

It is excellent to use Fathom to understand meetings in virtual reality, as we can, with simple steps, record video clips as well as calls directly and convert them into texts, which helps us to ensure that minutes of meetings are written accurately, without neglecting any details, even if they are small. Fathom is very easy to use, and I can organize everything saved within the records to go back and update my previous notes quickly. I appreciate how Fathom can engage with colleagues to ask for updates or get more clarification on specific points.

Fathom is very easy to use, and the dashboard is designed to help you quickly use all the functions; the subscriptions are affordable, and the free version provides many excellent services.

It's easy and friendly to use, and after a couple of meetings, I was able to realise value. It generated the recording, summary and AI summaries within 3-4 minutes which is extremely fast. No longer do I have to wait for Zoom to generate the recording which took more than 40 mins!

The perspective of how the summaries are written. Although I save a lot of time, I still need to modify the wording when sharing notes with the customer or internally with my team.

Fathom fits seemlessly into out existing workflow and provides our entire team with value without having to work for it. Being able to implement it and have it integrate directly with hubspot without our any lift from our sales team has been a driving force behind the team's adoption. We use fathom for all meetings, as the ability to summarize meetings and provide action items has pushed us to use google meet in one off internal meetings where we may not have previously. The team at Fathom has also been incredibly responsive to feedback and contiunes to improve the product.

It is hard to find something not to like with a free version that provides so much value

Fathom is a life saver and changed my work life. I just don't take notes anymore and yet I miss less than I did when I used to take notes. My level of efficiency and recall has improved manifold. For the price, Fathom is huge value for money. I love it.

With one account could link to multiple Google account, like calendly, so it joins al my meetings without my having to add it manually. And I wish I could add notes to the highlights and action items.

The new AI templates have really upped my game in providing value to my consulting clients. The main benefit of Fathom for me is the ability to provide a ton of value for my consulting clients with minimal effort on my end after the call.

Waiting for the ClickUp integration. That's ok though.

It provides detailed summaries of every conversation and key points to take back and note as actions for next steps.

I love how Fathom runs in the background and automatically records my coaching sessions. The ability to highlight, bookmark, and tag portions of our conversation in real time has been helpful. More than one client has said Fathom has been a value-add that they can get a recording of our conversation.

Some of the automatic transcription or AI-generated text is off the mark. For the times I need to submit something formally, I will need to manually correct it (which I can do).

Fathom is easy to use and implement. It's AI is far better than any of its competitors. It picks up on more and processes what people are saying to create the most comprehensive notes and next steps!

If anything could be different maybe price? That being said, you get what you pay for and Fathom is the VERY best!

Wow, I started out my career as a Minute Secretary with super fast shorthand and super fast touch typing. If Fathom had existed back in my early days, I would've been out of a job. haha! I love the accuracy of Fathom's summaries, the takeaways/action items. The ability to highlight real-time. And the speed at which the recording link is available to instantly send to team members/clients.

I'd love to be able to add in my own action items. I know I can edit existsing ones, but I'm not seeing that we can add new ones that were missed. Also, I can't seem to edit anywhere else but the action items. Maybe I'm just missing it. I know I can re-do with AI. And the Questions are not always of value; Fathom seems to pick up every one, which can seem like too much.

It has a high quality and value in its summary functions. I save the email summaries of each zoom to recall tasks, outcomes, details.

So far, none. The user interface is rather old fashioned, but still quite navigable.

Affordable. Easy to use! Saves a lot of time. Call summaries are incredibly accurate.

I can’t think of anything features of Fathom that I don’t like.

As a business coach I use Fathom with my clients. Even with the free discovery calls when taking in new clients. It allows me to be really focused and more actively listen to my clients without needing to take notes. The tool helps my clients as the summary and reading back what they share is incredibly useful - and demonstrates on reflection the huge value and benefit of the work we do togther.

I genuinely don't have anything I dislike about Fathom - even in the short time I have used it you can tell the team are constantly updating and developing the product. I'm so happy I found it and it's my most recommended Tool I've come across.

I was blown away by how accurate Fathom's meeting recaps are! It is spot on almost every time and saves me a ton of time documenting my calls. I love the variety of templates available that automatically reorganize your summary based on what type of meeting it is. The interface is incredibly easy to use. I refer back to my call recordings and summaries all the time and I can find specific moments within my calls in mere seconds with its easy search functionality. I also love the bookmark feature that allows me to mark an important part of the call while it's happening so I can easily go back and refer to it later. I love that it also has Zoom and Salesforce integrations. I am a huge fan!

I haven't found anything I don't like yet. The only thing would be pricing is a little high for a single user.

As an Enterprise CSM, I have many conversations with big clients. Sometimes having many on my Zoom calls all at once. Fathom AI allows me to focus on my clients, actively listen better to them, and bring as much value to the meetings as possible. Fathom stays behind the scenes gathering all the Action Items, key take aways, and notes that I can gather and send a recap to the customer, and also log that recap in our other CRMs that we use. It's a game-changer in the CS world for sure!

The cost of Fathom can't be beat. This is the highest quality call recorder that I've tried- and it doesn't cost a dime. The paid AI upgrades are great too- I haven't needed them yet for my particuar needs.

It's easy to use because it pops up when I have a meeting and it's one click to join the meeting. The meeting bot has never created any issues in the meeting, just dutifully sits there taking notes and recording. The best part is the playback where I can search through the meeting and play back critical parts. During playback I like how the text and video are sync'd together so I have the full context. This has eliminated, or rather revolutionized, my note taking.

I wish it recorded without being present in the room so it didn't take up any room or have to be admitted. But it's such a minor inconvenience for so much value.

It save me so much time and also provide objectivity into the recap of meetings. It's more neutral notes and recap of action items. Time is money and now I don't have to worry about taking the right notes I can completely focus on the conversation which is an added value for my client. It's a win/win situation all around

None at this point. Only suggestion would be to provide access to the audio track only even when it's a video recording.

Fathom has significantly enhanced my efficiency and productivity, streamlining my meeting workflow and saving me valuable time. Producing high-quality meeting notes also enhances the value of those meetings and the subsequent actions. Its intuitive design and ease of use make it an indispensable tool in my daily routine, allowing me to focus more on critical tasks and less on time-consuming processes.

The AI can improve. It still makes dumb mistakes, which need to be ironed out.

The most amazing thing is that the quality of the product is what I would expect from something charging $50+/mo, but it's free! The integration with Zapier allowing me to automatically sync notes from my meetings with my CRM, the intuitive recording and note sharing with other attendees, the unobtrusive interface and easy set up, and more all make it a regular part of my routine now.

I would like a low-cost paid tier that handles hosting the recordings off of Zoom, so I don't run into the storage limits there.

Fathom is simply a fantastic addition to my Zoom meetings. Not having to worry about taking notes frees me up to listen to what other parties are saying. The AI "filters" for meeting summaries (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Project Update) are also a great value-add for teasing out relevant information and action items from meetings.

My only dislike is that I can't use Fathom in a solo Zoom meeting, where I am just trying to get a video, transcript, and summary notes for a video I am producing to post online. Fathom seems to expect another party to join before it will start recording. The workaround is to join as another party on another device, but that is a little clunky.
