I am terrible at taking meeting notes and Fathom has revolutionized this for me. I can review my notes at my own pace and send the meeting recording to my other attendees if need be.
I love the ease of use and ease of implementation. I use Fathom frequently at least twice a week sometimes daily. I found it very easy to install and the integration with Zom is fantastic. I really appreciate the features offered even as a free user and the ability to edit and send the notes to other attendees is fantastic.
I haven't come across any issues as of yet.

Great AI notetaker app, and I wish they were all this simple and useful
Fathom is very simple, gives you a ton of features for free, and seamlessly fits into your meeting workflow. Plugging it in with my meeting clients was very easy, and I use it nearly every day. The users who see the AI-generated recaps and action items say it's almost like it's a human that's been taking notes.
It needs to work with more CRMs (Zoho CRM, specifically) and more meeting services (such as Dialpad and Zoho Cliq and others)

Fathom is a helpful easy to use AI tool, it seamsly integrates with teams and other colaboration platforms and alows you to get a summary of the meeting. Other powerful tools are at your disposal in the paid versions including extraction of key items of the conversation and summarize meetings. Also reminders and email follow-up, all with accuracy and detail. I have used Fathom in English and in Spanish and wors great.
Ease of use, and powerful features in free and paid versions of the software. Accuracy and speed are also a pro.
So far nothing about fathom I have disliked.

I just think this is such a neat product and has so many potential uses and love how easy it is to learn.
I really like that I can find a video clip very quickly by scanning the transcription and then the transcription includes the time stamp for the video clip I want, so super easy to find that portion of the video. I like that I can download the transcription as well.
It has trouble transcribing proper nouns (attempts to turn someone's name into a word or words), but otherwise it's great.

Efficient time savings with tangible notes, actions and take aways that allow everyone to be 'present' during the call while not having to worry about missing something.
Ease of use, the ability to review specific sections of a call and overall time savings it provides.
"All or none" sharing after call recap(s). It would be helpful to be able to share with individuals within the call based on your choice. Either within the settings or ad hoc after call options. Currently it is share with all or share with none.
