I just got Fathom for myself and the team to use during our meetings, and I cannot say more than everyone is enjoying it. The note-taking is accurate, and we don't miss any details from our clients! It was also super easy for all of us to set up.

FAST response and transcription to help me in all my meetings to capture summary, highlight, share

Can't start in the middle of the meeting - need to see if I can stop video view when in the meeting - prefer less visibility during the meeting.

Easy to use, does the heavy lifting when it comes to recording and transcribing calls. Integration with Zoom and Meet is wonder

Goes to waiting room, Would have love a way to get the other person on the call accept the call recording as well.

Once you go through the initial few minutes of setup, Fathom does everything else for you - takes notes automatically, summarizes them, sends you the email, the transcript, sharing permissions, all!

Status bar has title of my next meeting and takes too much space. Haven't been able to change it

Transcripts and summaries. The way that questions are highlighted separately and linked to videos is very useful.

I can't think of anything that I dislike.

I can focus on the discussion without worrying too much about the notes I should be taking.

The video recording and replay feature is great. Also, the different tags and labels throughout the meeting helps organize the notes more efficiently.

It's been great so far. I'm not seeing any cons so far. Just hope multilingual support (Hindi) should work more efficiently.

When Fathom joins a conference, it looks like a blank black screen. I would love to be able to put a thumbnail in there to jazz up my conference calls a little.

What I like most about Fathom is the meeting management. The analytics and thorough note taking has been a total game changer for me.

The user interface gets in the way of the meeting at times. It would be better if it was fully collapsible.

Only on the free tier, there is one AI notetaking option. While this is still great and beneficial, the more valuable ones are gated - I guess something has to be!

You set it up once, and it just works. Notes are accurate as are the detected action items. Was easy to setup to work with both Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

The ease of use and the affordability. It a needed product for anyone that is on online meetings.

Not having available for offline meetings

What I like best about Fathom is the ability to search for certain keywords within the audio clip using the home page search bar.

I recently played the two episodes of Fears to Fathom recently and I was thoroughly impressed.

It highlights meeting points to myself and the team. Very good and easy to use application

Not great with Teams. Also joins as another user on teams and confuses the clients.

It saves me a lot of time creating meeting notes.

It has minimal inaccuracy in transcription .

It helped me seamlessly take notes for work.

It was a little bit confusing to navigate the settings which automatically send the recordings/notes to all participants.

Records and analyzes the calls very well, produce relevant action items, and sends the summary to all meeting participants

UI a bit overloaded, but can be easily managed to find the relevant features.

Fathom is easy to use and eliminates the need for me to frantically take notes during Zoom calls. The transcription function is nearly perfect.

Haven't found anything yet that I don't like.

the AI summaries and transcripts are very useful and reduce man hours in notetaking

sometimes the AI mis-captures words but this is improving

I find Fathom most helpful in providing a recap of the meeting. This helps me with my note-taking.

Sometimes Fathom gets some of the details wrong.
