High level of good text transcription, easieness of adding it to zoom meetings add hoc - it can enter as another attende. The feature on my top bar that shows me how much time till next meeting. Easiness of sharing the links with others in my company. I use it on a daily basis. It is very easy to implement into daily practices and connect with other tools.

It has a predetermined way of summarizing notes, which works great for general meetings, but when making recruitment notes I need to download the whole transcript and prompt ChatGPT it to do a more detailed summary.

Fathom allows me to feel confident going into any meeting. Most days my kids are home with me, so my head my not always be 100% in my calls. Fathom gives me the ease of knowing I can revisit, tasks are highlighted, reminders set, simply never miss a beat.

Sometimes it can be slow to start when hoping on a call, but this is extremely rare.

Its simplicity and the AI feature that answers any questions in related to the conversation took place at the meeting.

sometimes the integration with google meet does not work. And I would like to have it be activated even if there are no guests in the meeting, and it's just me talking to the screen so it captures the important notes. i.e. podcast

Love the transcript and the AI summary. It automatically connects to the contact card in Hubspot making it very easy for us to access the file later PLUS it will assign me HubSpot tasks based on action items I mention in the meeting - very cool! I also love how easy it is to make a quick clip of a portion of the call - I use these all the time.

I hope one day, it will be easy to search words across multiple videos in our library, but this is a really specific feature requests for a future state. Honestly, I'm overall very happy with how it currently functions.

Fathom was easy to install and implement. The prompt that pops up before each meeting is super helpful. The interface is user-friendly especially compared to other similar apps I've tested. Fathom's customer service is eager to help. I use Fathom daily.

I haven't experienced any problems with Fathom so far.

It is extremely accurate. At first I was heistant thinking it wouldn't do well with capturing the key point and statements made in my meetings but I was wrong. It was very detailed in capturing all the important information mentioned in my meetings and its summary is categorized and easy to read and navigate. So easy to use I don't need to do anything, it joins my meetings and sends me the summary once I'm finished. I always found it challenging to make sure I was taking detailed notes while trying to communicate with my customers but now I can focus my attention 100% on them and let Fathom do the note taking. Will never have a meeting without it!

There is nothing to dislike it is great!

Fathom is easy to use and implement. It's AI is far better than any of its competitors. It picks up on more and processes what people are saying to create the most comprehensive notes and next steps!

If anything could be different maybe price? That being said, you get what you pay for and Fathom is the VERY best!

Using fathom has helped my organization and follow up after meetings as a project manager. The tool was easy to set up and configure, and joins my meetings to record without me having to do anything. I use the highlight and bookmark tool to note important areas of a call that I want to point out or reference later, and the AI summarized meeting notes are super helpful in sending out meeting summaries. Such a great tool that has allowed me to save time and be engaged on meetings without having to be taking detailed notes at the same time.

I really haven't come across any negatives about using this tool

I love that it automatically syncs with Microsoft Teams and Zoom to record my meetings.

I don't love that the recorder appears as it's own person. I've had a lot of people ask about it at the start of meetings.

I love that we get an instance transcript as well as the ability to mark certain actions during the call. This serves both as a great way to quickly identify what happened but also an easy way to serve up to our clients what happened.

Nothing in all honesty. I think this is a great platform and it should be something any client-facing businesses use.

Honestly, nothing. It meets or exceeds all expectations I have for helping me manage my meetings.

The main draw for myself and my team was having a quick and easy way to generate transcriptions of meetings as a part of regular call reporting. All of the additional features are just bonuses for us. The generation of meeting notes that get sent to participants is incredibly helpful. We've had customers come back and tell us how much they like having those sent to them. The transcriptions are clean and the AI summary is very accurate.

There are a few new features I'd like to have, mainly integrating with other tools that we use internally, so I'd hardly count that as a knock against Fathom.

Comparative to other products on the market, it is much more concise, clear and accurate in transcriptions and summaries. It is great at identifying speakers, too.

I wish I could use it for in-person meetings!

Wow, I started out my career as a Minute Secretary with super fast shorthand and super fast touch typing. If Fathom had existed back in my early days, I would've been out of a job. haha! I love the accuracy of Fathom's summaries, the takeaways/action items. The ability to highlight real-time. And the speed at which the recording link is available to instantly send to team members/clients.

I'd love to be able to add in my own action items. I know I can edit existsing ones, but I'm not seeing that we can add new ones that were missed. Also, I can't seem to edit anywhere else but the action items. Maybe I'm just missing it. I know I can re-do with AI. And the Questions are not always of value; Fathom seems to pick up every one, which can seem like too much.

I work as a leadership consultand and also have a lot of one on one coaching with many of the leaders on the team..Fathom has saved me so much time after calls when I would have to go through pages of notes from the call. It also allows me to be much more present and listening on the call. I am now using it every day on every call internally and externally. Love it It was also so easy to install on zoom and then on teams . It even pops up and reminds me about calls that are coming up. I was also impressed by the personal follow up to make sure everything was working smoothly

It sometimes makes the other party uncomfortable to know that theu are been recorded but that passes quickly when i explain the reaosn..I trust and expect everything recorded is private and not ever made public or used

I love the ease of use within the platform. It's been super easy to use and get used too which is a plus for me because as a salesperson, I'm not the most technical. The call insights given are really excellent as well, the fact that I can focus on the conversation and easily clip something is amazing.

I really like the software. There's nothing that I would change.

How easy it is to use and record. I don't even have to worry if I am capturing all of the points because it does it so flawlessly. I was up and running in no time with integrating it with Zoom.

I don't like the various windows that appear when I join a meeting. Sometimes if I join from a link in a calendar view it won't open my Fathom to give me a choice to record.

I'm amazed that I have access to summaries of every work meeting, along with a task list outlining the next steps to take after each meeting concludes. It's incredibly beneficial for staying organized and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks in our workflow.

I'd like to have the summary in Spanish as well, but that's not much of a problem.

It has a high quality and value in its summary functions. I save the email summaries of each zoom to recall tasks, outcomes, details.

So far, none. The user interface is rather old fashioned, but still quite navigable.

It literally does precisely what it says it will. It easily records, transcribes, and provides access to the recordings right after your zoom call. It is simple to use and makes taking notes on zoom calls something I'm not buried by in every meeting.

There's not a lot to dislike. The team is highly responsive, the product has virtually no glitches, it's constantly being improved by their team, and fits easily into my workflow.

I have 4+ hours of Zoom meetings every day and need tools to help ensure I can efficiently get my work done during my non-meeting hours. Fathom's note-taking and recordings make it easy to get quality notes that I can share with others to help my performance and decrease my time. The first product overview call you get after signing up changed everything for me - they made it clear that you need to use the product a few times to get the hang of it and now I'm a life. The AI product updates are incredible - I love it WAY More and signed up for premium happily. Amazing bang for buck.

It can't replace me (YET!) lol. My only downside is when someone uses screenshare the fathom app can't also appear. Note sure if there are ways to embed it more directly into Zoom.
