Great platform for oral and verbal communication

Don't have to rely on too many software for communicating with colleagues in various modes. One software acting for too many solutions which makes my life lot easier

Pros

The detailed statistics which it produces showing our timelines we spend on meeting. This feature is unique and fascinating.

Groove is great for small start ups

Pros

It's great if you're looking for a cheaper sales engagement tool as it has all the basic necessities to streamline sequences for sales reps. Analytics aren't too bad and you're able to slice it by time period, teams, specific user, etc.

Cons

Because it's cheaper, it definitely has its negatives in the functionality aspect as some of the integrations stop working frequently which ends up impacting seller productivity. It lacks some functionalities that other tools have, such as SalesLoft and Outreach. The biggest negative is the lack of urgency by their support team whenever we need issues resolved. It may be because they're a small team but it can take weeks for them to solve a minor issue.
