Groove is the way

Reviewed 5 years ago

Very good indeed! I am pleased and enjoy working with it daily. Crisp and precise.

Pros

The way it looks in the beginning when you log in is very nice but when your in it plain but it works well just logs you out early.

Cons

That it logs you out when your not in it constantly. I wish you could set a timer say for an hour or for the length of your shift for it to stay open.

Great for time and email management

Reviewed 6 years ago

Using templates for quick email composition and reminders to follow up on communication sent out makes me a more efficient employee, I don't know what I'd do without Groove.

Pros

Setting up follow up emails, using templates, and syncing tasks with the calendar feature make Groove invaluable to my daily work performance. Setting up flows for outbound campaigns is so simple, with reporting on open rates, click throughs, etc. that are extremely helpful for follow up action.

Cons

It would be nice to have A/B testing capability on email flows. While setting up concurrent flows is nice, it would be helpful to have comparisons within the same campaign.
