Pros

We have used Hoopla for a few years and have had a great experience. Their customer support is very proactive and willing to help us maximize our utilization.
Really enjoyed it for a sales team when closing sales, recognition piece great.
It's easy to use and provides amazing opportunities.

Pros

I like that we can customize the dashboards as we see fit and the team finds the boards very motivating and informative. The customer service is absolutely fantastic.
It makes our shift more enjoyable and lively. It's great being able to track it and compete with co-workers to see who can get the most commission.
Had an experience recently where we were having issues with the software on our side, customer service was great to resolve the matter.

Cons

Hard to individualised notifications for each rep.
There is really no reason to limit how many books I can listen every month, is there.
I don't like the way they price the software per user.

Cons

No time and space for personal life at the initial stage of your career in most of the software companies. Few companies are worst for fresher's in case of management and behavior towards them.
I have not used the program very much so I don't know what I am missing out on.
The constant notifications it is also very confusing and most of my tabs don't work or go anywhere. Have issues understanding what each thing does or its purpose.
