Pros

I love the customer support that comes with this software. We have weekly meetings with our customer support and the amount of work they put in to making their customer's happy is all worth it.
The pricing is excellent. We use it mainly to track web hits and who was hitting our website, I have used Lead Forensics in the past and this is as good if not better and it comes for free.
Easy to navigate, great functionality and flexibility. Great reporting tools, easy dashboard for keeping track of sales pipeline and great customer service.

Cons

This is frustrating because if I don't refresh it crashes after I update a few deals and if I do refresh to avoid the crash, I have to reset the filter.
I went to report it to mangement there, and there was no option. So they have no way of getting feedback on their bad employees.
Having the foul package it's expensive. The fact that you cannot talk with customer service directly over the phone it's painful.
