Great CRM, wish they offered a simpler marketing equivalent

HubSpot has awesome marketing content and helpful blogs, templates, downloads, etc. I love their content so I had to try their CRM since it's free. I was using InfusionSoft for automation before but their CRM was not good. HubSpot's CRM is clean and easy to manage.

What do you like best?

Like with anything, you can't beat the free price tag. You actually aren't really missing out on any features with the CRM either. I love being able to create custom fields that relate to my needs then sort or search my clients and leads to segment them.

What do you dislike?

This con extends to HubSpot as a whole, not the CRM specifically. I wish they offered a minimalist or watered-down version of their awesome marketing software. The price tag is just beyond what I can afford/justify but I would love to be able to use it.

If so, why did you switch?

Did not like their CRM. It worked okay for automation but CRM felt cumbersome.
