lead scoring with a very limited scope

Reviewed 5 years ago

did not very well for us. we are a software company selling into healthcare companies and none of our scoring models were good enough.

Pros

the problem with infer is that if you are technology company only selling to other software companies the scoring seems to work, otherwise the scope of use cases is limited. the product integrates well with crm and marketing automation, provides good amount of enrichment for software companies.

Cons

the overall product has a very high cost and low return on investment. leads scored higher do not significantly improve revenues and we are not having a problem of volumes (very few businesses do).
