My favorite feature of this software is the constant upgrade of the ease of use and organizational features. ISales is essentially automated personal assistant that makes it easy to contact prospects.

It's super easy to keep all my leads organized. I'm all for saving trees so the more that I don't have to write things down on paper, the better.

The customer service overall has been the best experience personally for me. I hope to lear all available within this software.

Overall neutral/leaning positive. iSales is the first CRM I've used so I have no other point of reference.

I was considering switching to another CRM or Pairing Salesforce with VOIP and SMS software, but what you get with iSales is better value as an all-in-1 platform.

The service is great and much better than other CRMs I  have used in the past. It gives me the ability to follow up with leads without even thinking about it.

I would like to set up campaigns for CSV files that are NOT paid leads from typical insurance lead vendors. I already have a warm market/database I can access and would like to set up drip campaigns specific to these groups and have option of customizing drip campaigns based on each CSV file uploaded instead of having all leads bunched together.

I'm thankful I was introduce to this CRM by my business partner Gladys. This system allow me to run my business without relying on an appointment setter person. This CRM keeps all my purchased leads organized, so I don't miss any follow ups.

iSales does everything I need it to

Brandon:                                               My name is Brandon. I'm a health insurance advisor and I give iSales a Five-Star Review. For more reviews like this, click below. So my company used VanillaSoft previously. I work in a sales field, so we had to have a software that was fully functional, it was going to work fast. And we found that that software in particular, wasn't doing the job for us. So that is why we moved over to iSalesCRM and we haven't had any issues since making that decision.
                                                       So my company has found that iSalesCRM has provided us with multiple features. One being functionality, being able to address clients in a quick fashion, as well as, speed. So when it comes to addressing clients when they need us, we are able to do that when we are called upon. When it comes to the billing process, as well, very easy to navigate. We have had no problems when it comes to paying for the service. Whereas, we have found that problem with other software similar and iSalesCRM has really provided us with an easy to use process that allows us to reach our clients whenever they need but make sure that we're not overpaying for what we have.
                                                       When it comes to onboarding for iSalesCRM, it was a very easy process for us to navigate. They set us up with a very easy to use process for videos and different learning techniques, when it came to actually figuring out how the CRM itself worked. And it provided a step up from our previous software that didn't really give us any tools to use it. We had to get creative with how we were going to use it.
                                                       Whereas, iSales lists out exactly how their program is to be used and we followed their steps and we've had success ever since. So I would recommend iSalesCRM to any company, any business that is looking to manage their pipeline accordingly, or build their sales clientele. Overall, if you need a easy to use software that's going to allow you to do all of that, iSalesCRM is going to be my top recommendation.
