Pros

Pros

Thryv is awesome, incredible, and it produces immediate results. After 30 years in business I am proud to say, 2019 has been our best year ever.
When I first heard of thryv it was my first time hearing crm, I had no idea how useful of a tool a good crm is, after good research I went with thryv and have loved it since.
I really like the functionality of this software and how for me it is pretty easy to use. The support team is pretty awesome and helpful.

Cons

Sometimes i get a message that my password is wrong, but its not, and i press forgot my password and no email is sent, and it just automatically logs me into my account.
It is frustrating to upload client info from a document into the CRM. It will often give an error message that some clients could not be uploaded but doesn't tell you which ones or why.
The HORRIBLE customer support and rapid fall back to a one year contract for a product that doesn't live up to the sales pitch.
