Pros and cons

They are great at training and continuing follow-up as the months have rolled along. We have to say they are very customer focused and their post-sales support is great.
Tonnes of excellent features and just super easy to use.
I love being able to see how you can track each client and see how they are performing, and how you can set annual & monthly budgets.
The app lags sometimes when trying to switch functions (eg changing custom dates for monthly sales).
No fault of Numerik, but I don't utilize it to its full potential. I mainly use it for sakes forecasting and tracking.

Very good experience, brilliant product and excellent service.

Pros

The Sales team have everything at their fingertips and are much more intelligent about what products the customer is ordering, who ordered it and what jobs they were used on.

Cons

Not able to sync posts to activities on NetSuite yet

Best Sales Tracker Tool

Pros

Easy sales tracking and management. Precise sales analysis and reporting. Can easily create customizable reports for different clients.

Cons

Nothing for now but the deployment and use is bit complex for new users.

I like the daily sales updates + the pace line for monthly and quarterly sales

Cons

The mobile version is easy to use but find the desktop version a bit clunky

Time-saving and the perfect tool for Internal sales - Especially if you have a large customer base

Pros

The whole app is gamified - It is addictive, effortless and best for forecasting and sales analysis.

Cons

Nothing that I could think of - If we need any changes - We request the developer team and it is done asap.

Accessible, Easy & Clear

Great overall experience with Numerik. Our Sales Team no longer need to hop between other/multiple systems & programs to get the data we need.

Pros

Very user friendly interface to use The number of ways that the info for a selected period can be viewed i.e: Rev, Paceline, Profit, Swing etc... Target visibility Great on App & Desktop

Cons

I'm scraping around for things to say here!! It would be great if users could save their preferred view/columns selection/column order in 'Forecast on Target Period' view rather than defaulting back every time.

Pros

Ease of use its simple and quick. The data is really well laid out. It's easy to communicate with individuals or the sales team. You can set challenges that drive competition within the teams.

Cons

It would be good if we could receive real time data. Currently it is lagged by a day

Sales Tracker

I use this program every day, but in particular a in depth review each week.

Pros

The ability to track and review customer sales performance. It can show what the month or quater or year is going to send up like. It shows if I'm tracking to budget or below. It shows any clients who have changed their buying behavior or any trends.

Cons

Maybe a little complex for looking up a particular clients performance when on the road in mobile version?

The worlds greatest sales tracker & forecasting tool.

We have found Numerik to be professional and easy to work with. They are great at training and continuing follow-up as the months have rolled along. We have to say they are very customer focused and their post-sales support is great.

Pros

It's a great tool to visually see how your sales are tracking, by month & year. I love being able to see how you can track each client and see how they are performing, and how you can set annual & monthly budgets. You can also see what products are being purchased and track them on performance based on previous years' purchases.

Cons

It would be good to have a dashboard that showed you how you are performing against the other members of the sales team/ department, as this creates a competitive spirit.

Very easy to use, easy features and really clear cut detail on forecasting buyer trends & customer purchases specificaly.

Cons

I find it hard to see when last sale date was done on the App compared to desktop so i know that everything is current and up to date sales numbers wise.

My Numerik feedback

I am using it as a vital sales tool to frame many of my sales conversations.

Pros

I love the visual aspect, you can see at a glance where you're at vs your target. It's amazing how quickly you come to rely on it!

Cons

No fault of Numerik, but I don't utilize it to its full potential. I mainly use it for sakes forecasting and tracking. Numerik have provided training, I need to go back and revisit its capabilities.
