Pros

We are implementing the Odoo software and the customer service is amazing. Our team leader, she is extremely helpful and intelligent, asking all the right questions to serve our specific needs.
It's great to work and develop on Odoo, it's impressive how fast odoo is growing. Maybe is good to create LTS release for big customer to have more than 3 year of support.
This is a great program for usage in terms of getting all aspects of your business together in terms of important platforms like inventories etc.

Pros

This is the best WMS system in the market. We are a rapidly growing fulfillment company and was looking for a system that can help us with the exponential jumps we are seeing in our volumes.
Logiwa is a great system for a company in need of a WMS system on a budget. It integrates with numerous eCommerce and accounting platforms and has been a great help to our operations.
New to this world so I can not give a great answer here but I am very happy at this point.

Cons

Many errors in Multi Company, bad interface between electronic accounting from México and multicompany functionality. Hard to develop reports, the product need a similar as Crystal Reports from SAP.
Oh well, it can but then you suddenly need to pay their consultants to have it custom build for you. For everything they start saying you need to pay and pay and pay.
The customer support is very bad and we are wasting a lot of time.

Cons

There is NO Documentation or Tutorials to refer to. The UI is confusing and usability is unorthodox (Having to hit "Enter" to get a dropdown menu to work).
It's unstable, last Black Friday it was down for about 4 hours.
They ask you for the solutions and will gaslight you saying nothing has changed, you must have messed up your configuration that you don't even have access to.

Pros

Web-based, written in Python with PostgreSql database so it is a very good combination of technologies, is offered as SAAS from version 6.0, has a wide catalog of modules from HR, manufacturing, POS, WMS, etc.

Cons

backward compatibility, in terms of usability, some clients complain of non-conformity with the language, lack of organization in the documentation

The system is mostly what we need, certainly in need of further development in some areas. We have a complex WMS need and our manufacturing needs are not really covered by the manufacturing module. Further development is needed on WMS functions. We have over 10,000 goods that we manufacture into roughly 4,500 finished items and need to be able to route over 6,000 locations. We were told this would not be an issue, but the system is clearly not up to handling that kind of volume. My only item I would label as not fucntional is how Odoo categorizes ship to and bill to when entering Sales Orders. We have accounts that have 1 bill to and 200 ship to locations, so name categorization and display are nearly unusable at times.

We manufacturer brands and sell direct to consumers online. We use Odoo to track all facets of our business. We us it for: Central Order / Inventory Management. We have custom modules to import orders from all channels. WMS. Out of the box Odoo creates a delivery order for every confirmed order, using routing rules we can route the delivery orders to the best warehouse for fulfillment. We also capture tracking data to send back to sales channels. Accounting. Since we have all orders / inventory centralized and Accounting is built-in, we use Odoo for all accounting.

Pros

Extremely flexible Inventory is part of the Accounting module, so you get double entry Inventory control Easy to customize

Cons

Performance is not great handling large order volumes (>2k / day).
