Many errors in Multi Company, bad interface between electronic accounting from México and multicompany functionality. Hard to develop reports, the product need a similar as Crystal Reports from SAP.

I tried to use Odoo several times as CRM for marketing deals, but the interface and the way to manage the objects created -even if it's rich of features- does not suit my need. A lot of options can make everything a bit confusing.
So i did not explore the other functionalities (and it has a lot!). I quit.

It has a lot of potential, indeed

Overall, Odoo is a powerful business administration tool that gives companies the resources they need to run their activities more successfully.

Among the many features it provides are CRM, accounting, inventory administration, and others.

I am really pleased with my overall experience with Odoo and its customer support, which gives personalized video tutorials based on my problems. Thank you so much.

Customer service support answer so long time Sometimes, sales managers don't respond fast enough! There are some sales managers who are inadequate!

Bad experience with odoo 

It is the perfect solution for boutiques, shoe stores, grocery stores, mini supers, pharmacies and any commercial business that attends to the public and takes charge of products or services

Odoo simplified my administrative work a lot, which was in our case very time consuming. We have a farmer shop at our farm and prices are per kg. Before Odoo I had to calculate eveything by hand, now Odoo does it for me. And I can get reports to analyze the business.

Odoo saves me a lot of time

We just started using ODOO. We previously used Quick Books. It's just taking us a little while to find our way around the system.

it's a good erp but not the best

Hi Abdelli, thanks for leaving some feedback. We noticed you mentioned a free version in the past, please note that the Community version is always free and still exists (www.odoo.com/page/editions). We also have an On-Premises solution for large companies with their own hardware, or our Cloud Based solution which is very easy to use and one of the best price points in the industry. Feel free to explore those other solutions, perhaps the one that works best for you can be discovered there. Hope that helps!
