Pros

In addition, ease of use is one of the most important things to understand the language of a program and I love the ease of use in Outreach.
What I love most is the ability to make quality drip campaigns, email sequencing that can be combined with phone and LinkedIn messaging, along with integrating with SFDC.
Great interface, easy to use, and functional - many integrations to allow for data sharing which is great for a sales professional.

Pros

The texting is the best feature. I love the texting and it really helps with lead management.
ISalesCRM is the easiest and most effective way to reach clients. Hands down one of the best business investment los I’ve made and is very affordable.
I enjoy the ease of utilization and efficiency it provides to my business and outreach to prospects.

Cons

Horrible Customer Service, if you value customer service, this is not the company for you.
NO integration with zapier - makes it difficult to integrate with my non-standard CRM package.
The interface is not user-friendly whatsoever. I have a hard time navigating aroud and i have been using the software for over a year.

Cons

The occasional lags and constant updates are at time frustrating and hinder my business.
Carrier violations (MAIN ISSUE), messages constantly sent back, being charged for leads that get no text.
Owner-supplied training is awful. Took months to psych myself up to watch it.

I give it a 10/10!

Pros

I enjoy the ease of utilization and efficiency it provides to my business and outreach to prospects.

Cons

Mobile app needs some work. Hard to navigate searches for leads, cannot do nearly as much as web based. Appears that you can, but doesn't trigger as efficiently.

Pros

This software is easy to use, fast, most current technology.

Cons

I honestly can't say there is something I like least about it.
