Creating e-Catalogs

Using Pepperi, sales teams are able to create their own e-catalogs. These e-catalogs display images and product information clearly, with high-definition retina display. They are accessible on both mobile devices (tablets) and desktop computers.

Begin using Pepperi by building a catalog with the products you’re trying to sell to clients. You can create multiple catalogs with an unlimited number of dynamic categories, depending on your organization’s needs. Select from multiple view options, and add custom fields based on your specific industry or product. Pepperi also allows for PDF attachments and video links.

Capturing Orders

Pepperi’s order management features help sales teams efficiently manage incoming orders. (This includes those orders that have multiple variants, including mix and match and pre-packs.) All order and transaction information is accessible 24/7 through Pepperi’s order center.

Once you’ve impressed clients with your e-catalog, it’s time to get down to business and start accepting orders. With Pepperi, you can mix and match options, including units of measurement, minimum orders, and case quantities. You can set up multiple price lists and discount policies, as well. Automatic notifications will appear when orders fall below price minimums and when certain items are out of stock.

Upselling Customers

One of the smartest ways for sales teams to increase revenue is by boosting their average order sizes. Pepperi makes this as easy as possible, with automated upselling and cross-selling tools for sales professionals.

Using Pepperi’s upselling and cross-selling tools, you’ll be able to run special offers like “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” or “Buy 2 Get 1 for 10%-Off”. You can also give your customers discounts on items from certain lists if they buy a pre-determined amount of goods, and set up tiered discounts for clients buying in bulk.

Tracking Customer Information

Knowledge is power in the sales world, and Pepperi aims to put as much knowledge as possible at its users’ fingertips. Through Pepperi’s CRM module, users can access a detailed account dashboard with information about every customer interaction.

Click over to your CRM to begin managing and scheduling client calls, meetings, and emails. Pepperi lets you set up custom activities and surveys. You’ll also find color-coded mapped views of your accounts. Location-based GPS within the accounts map view take Pepperi’s CRM to the next level.

Managing Sales Teams

One of the toughest aspects of managing a sales team is keeping everyone on track and meeting targets. Pepperi aims to simplify sales team management with tools for setting and tracking goals. Task management can easily sync with Outlook.

You can start sending performance charts to your reps and managers at regular intervals using Pepperi’s automation features. The application also offers route map and activities tracking, along with commission charts and team bulletin boards.

Best B2B software for mobile sales

Most of the problems we had were due to the way our ERP system was being used and our data capture. Once our integration people sorted that out the only errors we had were genetic issues with networks and the way our ERP was being used.

Pros

Great integration into ERP with many live features including CRM Activities, Mobile receipt printing, instant stock updates, live account balances, sales filters, multiple catalog, special pricing, inventory matrix..

Cons

Cost is higher & Must have a local support partner to setup properly.

Online realtime orders and stock available is great. I'm able to check on stock quantities and also order point of sale

Could do with a breakdown of sales on a pie graph

Cons

It puts returns total in as if it was a sales order. Target line should move according to weekly time schedule, the weekend included doesn't give an accurate indication of sales per day

Easy ordering for sales reps

Pros

It is fast and reliable and mobile. Up loading pictures is easy and fast

Cons

The back end is very difficult to setup. And you can't get help with the nitty gritty setup. I have been using it for 2 years and still can't get the setup perfect

Terrible Customer Support, Limited Functionality, Unable to Obtain Response to Billing Concerns

This is not the first time I have lodged a complaint about this software provider, I previously had an issue with billing and it was only when I had written a review online that the staff at Pepperi contacted me and arranged the immediate refund of monies owing with the request that I take down the review.

Pros

It's simple in it's layout and easy for the sales reps to utilize in the field, however is limited in it's ability to fully integrate with a number of accounting software packages.

Cons

Last year we sort assistance for integration of Pepperi order taking directly into Quickbooks to avoid duplication of data entry. The software doesn't provide this function and we were redirected to a local software developer who expressed disinterest.

Order writing and order data management

Pros

Best thing about Pepperi is access to detailed current inventory. Search functions are amazing for writing smart orders based on various product features.

Cons

Needs product availability dates. This is a pretty huge miss and I'm not sure if it's available and we aren't using it or if the app is just lacking here. Inconvenient to have to call in to customer service to confirm availability.

Reliable software with robust features and hopefully an aggressive evolution towards even better features and special industry requests.

Quality of the app (Reliable), as well as the constant evolution towards better versioning. Support is good.

Cons

Some features lack of potential: - Sales Route has much more to accomplish - Sales Tools can also grow, as it has some limitations (Example: Have discounts be applied in a fixed amount only ... similar to your survey which will prize the first 50 users.

Inventory integration helps us sell the right products and not the ones out of stock.

Pros

Excellent apple app. Very good android app. Excellent graphics quality. Lots of features. Pleasant customer relationships.

Cons

The back-office and the overall logic needs a better foundation to "speak" common language, especially with the erp integration (It happenes a lot in fast growing startups that release ton of features that are not fully compatible with every user configurations).

It's basically an all in one app that does everything and integrates with all my quickbooks and salesforce apps really easily.

Pros

I don't want to repeat myself but the integration factor is something that is very important for me and with Pepperi it able to sync very easily.
