Pobuca Sales is a field sales automation platform for sales and van sales representatives, merchandising auditors and sales managers, designed to optimize onsite sales using mobile technologies. The platform enables sales users to automate daily processes and tasks including order taking, merchandising, van sales, collections, and business development.

Pobuca Sales enables representatives to create sales orders on the field with real-time information on out-of-stock products, customer’s pricelists and discount scenarios, and more. Sales reps are able to present product photos to customers via mobile device as well as offer the latest cross-sell and up-sell options. When an order is complete, sales reps can print a copy of the receipt or send it to the customer by email.

Using the Pobuca Sales android app, van sales reps can sell stock directly from their vehicle, handle customer returns, perform van stock counts, and create replenishment orders to refill their stock. Merchandizers are able to conduct quick audits for on-shelf availability, pricing, and promotions, as well as validate shelf planogram layouts. Users can also take photos of displays or shelves, and share them with sales management.

Sales reps are able to manage collections of sales, receive payments, and match payments to open invoices. Business development features allow users to scout for new leads, and create new customers and agreements. Real-time KPIs provide insight into store performance metrics via the dashboard. Pobuca Sales also helps sales managers to manage daily routes, approve orders, send messages and reminders to the team, and more.

Pros
My days can get pretty overwhelming and it’s all about developing a system. Most of the time, I get calls about problems of the software they use which is why it’s important to test the software first. I tried Pobuca Sales which can assist our sales representatives about our products and provides an order entry plus tracking form. It’s very easy to use and not much work.

Cons
The price costs a lot considering they have very limited features. They only offer order entries, order tracking, returns management and recurring orders. It would make sense if they were to reduce their price.

Pocketbiz with the developed functionalities is the system used globally to control our services activities.
