Pros
  • It allows me to send proposals from my own email address. It logs recipient view data. It looks nice.
  • It makes my life easier. I can drag and drop our services so they do not have to be re-written each time I go to do a proposal.
  • How it allows me to present my product professionally. I also like the read receipt which tells me when my client read it and how long they've been on it.
  • Notifications of read proposals,nice to be able to saved section , proposal variables are handy, I enjoy the prefab samples for a good starting point for my proposals
Cons
  • The cost of the product is my least favorite. I only use one template therefore its not providing as much value.
  • Horrible mobile experience , may leave because of this issue, difficult to setup advanced pricing and totaling of estimates.
  • I would like to see it cost a bit less. We do maybe a proposal maybe once a week and I think it would be better if it was tiered for smaller companies.
  • They seem to go down quite a bit. There's been too many times where we've attempted to get proposals out and we can because their site is down. It can be very frustrating

I do get to present my proposal professionally as it offers alot more information than my clients expected.How it allows me to present my product professionally. I also like the read receipt which tells me when my client read it and how long they've been on it.

Proposal storage, easy access, create templates. Being able to see which sections are viewed and the notifications are helpful. The customization, the ease of creating a storing templates and the general look and feel of the delivery. A lot of our clients have expressed that they are impressed with our proposals and the system.
