After line items are priced, the user can click a button to automatically generate a full product submittal PDF for attaching to the quote. This feature alone saves the salesperson up to 3 hours over preparing from static documents.

I have worked with BCA on multiple projects and they understand the HVAC industry and what is typically needed. They can provide a turn key "off the shelf" solution or a custom solution to meet your business needs.For the user, a very intuitive interface allows easy adaptation and usage. Smart programming minimizes response time so you are not waiting on the program to refresh as you move around. For the manufacturer, a simple backend is the key to long term maintenance without requiring an IT programmer. eRep is quick and simple to maintain; changes can be made and pushed out immediately.

BCA had a great platform for product selections. It streamlined our selection, drawing and submittal process, helping improve productivity by our inside sales engineers and made it real easy for our customers and representatives to do selections. Functionality. It takes you from selections, to drawings to submittals seamlessly. Easy to go back and change. Also has a reports function that allows us to see who is using it and where.

Proparts eRep makes pricing configurable products quick and easy on any device. It handles everything from single parts to extremely complex Engineer-To-Order products and everything in between. The back-end rules engine takes care of all those standard, special, and complex rules while making it simple to understand for the sales person.

Pricing and configuration rules can be uploaded from spreadsheets or automatically via your existing ERP system.

Pricing is fully integrated with product and project submittals for quoting. Attaching prices to line items within your eRep system should ultimately save your salespeople hours of time, since it means they will no longer have to prepare from pricing pages.
