QCommission vs Easy-Commission Comparison

It is user friendly and if in case of any issue, the support team was good. The turnaround time in delivering the reports was quick. Q Comm has a good support team.

Integrating our accounting software with the program takes a long time if the file is huge. Other than that I don't think of any cons in the software as such.

Great commission tracking and payment system if your compensation model is commission based. Highly recommend

If only some of your employees are commission based this may be more work than it's worth to track your commissioned employees

Easy to create practical reports for all Sales reporting. Easy integration process that only takes minutes to create monthly commission payables. Excellent customer service and communication. Commission reports integrate into payroll system with easy.

Easy to use. Integrates well with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions. Knowledgeable, supportive, timely service. Support staff has been very accomodating with our needs. Easy to read and understand reports.

None that I can see.

I do like that QCommission is integrated with most CRMs. We use Salesforce an it was easy to sync the two. I also like being able to see how much money has been paid out while also seeing amoutn of money coming in.

Someone could do most of this work in excel if trained properly. It is very nice to have everything all in one software but I debate if I even need it.

Sometimes system upgrades negatively affect data imports but the most recent upgrades haven't been a problem so maybe it's been resolved.

Product is flexible, can be customized base of company requirement ,One of the big advantage of the product over other products we tested was the full control comp admin team have over the set up and reporting.

Of all the commission software I've tried and read about, QCommission, I think is perfect for the kind of commission structure we have in our company. It's very easy to use and it can do everything I need to process commission especially having different structures for all our sales reps.

There are no cons that I can say about the software because it's very flexible.

Makes my job easier when keeping up with the sales commissions. I haven't been able to get through all the features as of yet.

I would have liked to be able to run a separate report showing the different rates of commission, but this was not imperative.

I am able to add new members easily and create different commission structures. The platform is very user friendly and I am able to adjust amounts and do split commission easily.

Sometimes there are glitches but they are always available to fix them

The ease of use and the reports are easy to read and professional looking.

Adding users and new part numbers and assigning commission percentages to them

Customer Service is excellent. The developers are easy to work with, and available to help when needed very quickly. We have a very unique commission structure, and they were able to accommodate us with no issues. I would recommend QCommission to any company having issues keeping track of their reps commission.

Ease of use. Takes only several minutes to calculate commissions for a pay period.

Can be difficult to reach support staff after 3:00.

I like everything about this software

The software is a little intimidating to use at first. After 2 commission period, it becomes a lot easier to use.

QCommission is absolutely the best commission calculating software add-on available for QuickBooks. It is extraordinarily flexible and can implement just about any commission system you can imagine. I have used it for several years and they have implemented a number of different commission systems for me. The staff is very helpful when requesting assistance or professional services and their fees for such services are very reasonable.

Well, the flexibility can lead to complexity and I don't think we would well be able to implement our commission systems without relying on Cellarstone's staff to do it for us.

This is highly configurable software system that is able to handle all our commission needs.

There are quite a few features that need help from QCommission directly versus self-administering. They are very responsive though with any requests and so far have been able to execute any requests.

I like the fact that the software is able to compute complicated commission structures and can process in a presentable format for our employees. For the general calculations, it is easy to run the monthly information.

When a change is needed, it is difficult and time consuming to get into the system. Also, the system for imputing new employees should be better to implement. For example: We have about twenty different commission plans that have to be entered line by line for each employee. I would prefer a table of commission structures and just enter a commission code i.e. "A" or "J" to make it faster.

Direct import from my Quickbooks files. Software is online and available from anywhere. It's the best of both worlds is that I can still work on the system while the import is processing.

The full supported version Qcommission has more features. So far the Easy Commission version is more than sufficient. No Cons so far!
