Pros

Their customer service has also been excellent - I've been very impressed with their responsiveness and ability to stick to promises (such as the number of hours a job will take to complete).
I have used qcommissions for many years I have many independent sales reps, it works seamlessly with quick-books. Thank you for outstanding customer service.
Customer service is great and the product is functionable; however, some of the features could be a little more simple to use, like if there was a "help" guide.

Pros

Secondly, the quality is reliable and always at the same level, so everyone in my team gets the same kind of chances.
It helps automate mails. I also like the customization features that help me tailer a campaign completely to each vertical.
Nice overview of the actual stats including sentiment analysis of the replies. API to my favorite CRM - pipedreiveOthers as well, like salesforce etc.

Cons

We have some complicated commissions and this software takes all the worry out of that.
The occasional glitches which cause some minor delays and sometimes the occasional error. We don't worry about this too much at this point because the problem is usually amended quite quickly.
This app is so frustrating to use if you have any kind of changes or new people to add. Each time I have to have support add them and everything else gets screwed up in the process.

Cons

Sometimes it gives you prospects which are not connected to your field and it wasting your time to check them.
Maybe some tricky in the first use but you learn it fast when you use it.
I think the email sending aspect isn't overly intuitive, it doesn't highlight when there is an error, therefore you expect something to go and it doesn't but you don't notice for over a day.
