Customize fields which is super important because there are certain things that we keep track of that is unique to us and wouldn't necessarily be popular fields found in CRMs.

I love that it's built like an Investment software so many of the fields are already related to Finance which is right in the alley for Insurance. And my favorite feature of all is the Reminder.
