We are a manufacturing company that has locations in US, Mexico and Brazil. Our company has been using QCommission for over three years now. We have had to use their customer support for a number of our new projects. They have been exceptional for us. They are courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable on the product and have had exceptional patience with us. We are very happy that we found them years ago and will continue to use them moving forward. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to manage their commission payments.
Software is very easy to navigate and it is very straight forward on how to get what you want out of it.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable programming staff and responsive customer service team. Able to customize QCommission to satisfy the requirements for many unique situations. Custom orders paid for in previous periods, even previous years, and applied to current period sales orders and invoices, the team worked to configured a field that allowed completed date to be read. Queries were configured...
Time for contact is limited because of QCommissions being in California and the site in Dallas, TX but Customer service was flexible and able to arrange time.

The commission software is much better than our previous software and is cost manageable. It satisfies the basic needs of what is required on a monthly basis.
I like the fact that the software is able to compute complicated commission structures and can process in a presentable format for our employees. For the general calculations, it is easy to run the monthly information.
When a change is needed, it is difficult and time consuming to get into the system. Also, the system for imputing new employees should be better to implement. For example: We have about twenty different commission plans that have to be entered line by line for each employee. I would prefer a table of commission structures and just enter a commission code i.e. "A" or "J" to make it faster.

QCommissions has been a great and affordable solution. We were previously using complex spreadsheets. QCommissions was a great next step for us. Implementation went well - they got us up and running and have been accommodating to our system changes. Barath - in particular - has been a vital resource to me in assisting me learn the software and make changes to accomodate our annual plan changes.
Easy to use Support has been extremely helpful in resolving issues My commission person left unexpectedly and I was able (with help from support) to jump in and process the commissions without a problem Accommodates all our plans Reasonably priced
Web-based access for payees would be helpful Improved reporting Scenario planning based on historical data to improve/change commission plans year over year Additional training to learn other elements of the system beyond the basics of what I know now.

Prior to our implementation of QCommission, our commission process was manual, error prone and did not have any good reports for our commission-able employees. That meant the accounting department was always having to answer lots of questions, always double checking calculations, and it was a time consuming inefficient process. During our implementation process, we were able to refine our commission policy to be more fair and more effective. Our project manager,[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], was incredible to work with. She did not give up and really dug into our processes and ensured the software was implemented correctly.
The software reflects the team that designed it. It is surprisingly powerful for the cost. And it is surprisingly adaptable to complex commission structures. The QCommission team was absolutely great to work with. They stayed with us tenaciously during the implementation phase as we not only changed our commission software but our accounting software. Overall, it is a great product designed by great people.
I truly liked everything about the software. If I searched for a con, it would be that the user interface should be updated but that is truly minor when comparing to the functionality.

It has been an immense time savings to our company. With paying near 1,000 payees with over 60 different comp plans, this flexible solution has been extremely helpful in tracking payee movement, incentives, and audit trails. Not to mention, the support team's customer service is second to none. For the low price of the system, we've already seen a return on investment in our eyes.
One must be very detailed when going thru the requirements of the software with the implementation team, and if adding enhancements going forward as well.

After many months of researching a commission software program that was affordable and easy to use, Cellarstone/Q Commission program met all of our requirements. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], along with his team, worked diligently and continually with our company ensuring all necessary conditions/details were met. We work primarily with the animal health industry and our items/ commissions are unique to most. We utilize our commissions program on a daily basis and are extremely pleased with the details, reports, ability to revise, setup reports to meet our (very) specific, detailed needs

I have been working with QCommission on automating our sales commission process. We are a well-known provider of Investment products in the Financial Industry. We have roughly 250 commissionable employees, and many different commission plans. Some are basic flat rates; others are much more complicated. QCommission has been able to set them all up. I have had to change some of the plans to meet business needs right in the middle of the project and QCommisison was very accommodating. My lowest score of 3 on ease of use is probably more to do with the fact that I am not a very technical person. As I get more used to the product it is getting better. When I began this process, I checked out all of the vendors I could. QCommission offers everything I needed at a much better price.

very user friendly product and integrates seamleassly with quickbooks. Very economical for a small business compared to the complicated and pricey commission software products on the market. Once I decided to purchase, the implementation team was extremely efficient and responsive. I told them I had to meet a deadline and they were able to set everything up so that I could get my commission checks out on time. any questions I had were answered promptly, the training for the product was extremely easy and user friendly.
My intial inquiry was answered promptly by the salesperson Gopi Mattel. I felt very little pressure to purchase, and instead Gopi focused on the benefits of the product and how it will meet my needs instead of pressuring me to purchase right away.

We brought in Q-Commission to help with a very labor intensive sales commission process at our small company. With 9 external reps and an office staff of 5, it took us close to 80 hours a month to process payments and calculate commissions. Now that time has been cut down to about 4 hours total. Once you get the hang of it, Q-commission is a rock solid time and money saver. I now have at least 40 more hours per month to be productive, and my employees have got time to focus on more enjoyable tasks. I wholeheartedly recommend this app!
How much time it saves me!
It is pretty complex - it is better to let the Qcommission folks handle set-up, so you can't expect to easily try new things; there is always a cost to it.

QCommission is great for our company's commission. The customer service reps are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint I would have is that the price of technical support is a little high and that you can't update plans without the technical support. Other than that we enjoy using the program.

I quite like the application and am happy with my purchase.
Pros include the fact that this application actually works and generates all commission reports accurately and in a timely manner.
The ability to make minor modifications to existing reports are not available to the end user without paying the development team at the cost prohibitive rate of $150 per hour. So long as it's that expensive to make changes to the canned reports, i suspect that the customers will be on the lookout for more versatile applications that are less expensive.

QCommission is one of the few software's we looked at that has mass customization for a low price point. We were looking for a product that would resolve for our specific use cases, was budget friendly and small company oriented. It fulfilled all of our needs.
There is essentially an endless level of customization possible.
There are a few UI issues that can make navigation difficult.

I did a lot of research on other companies before choosing to sign up with QCommissions. I'm glad that I did. The program is very user friendly and if and when support is needed it is just a phone call away. A lot of the other programs I researched seemed way too complicated and also way too expensive. QCommission is exactly what I need at the right price. I would highly recommend to anyone from small , medium to large sized business.

Going from a manual process with spreadsheets monthly and quarterly to QC.
The ease of use and understanding of what it offers. I was able to learn and use this product day one once implemented. The team I worked with was great. Easy to work with and very experienced in their abilities to build our plans to how we wanted.
The only downfall is that I would not be able to set up all commissions structures myself. For some that are more advance I will need to go to QC and it will be an additional cost.
