Pros

Very easy to use for end-users, very nice visual representations, perfect for "build-it-your-own", really nice tool for interactive presentations.
What I like most about Qliksense is the ease in which you can portray the information, also the duplicate function helps you to customise your sheet until you like it over and over again.
You can connect with a very wide range of systems thanks to brilliant API support. The dashboards look really good and it can be integrated in to other systems.

Pros

The reporting section is outstanding and very useful to the agent and management. Tremendous time saver reducing a week of manual data input of Excel to just a few minutes.
Excellent customer support (whenever I've needed it), Effective Reporting Capabilities & Easy to Use.
In my opinion, Commission Tracker is THE best commission tracking software on the market, for any price and it is amazingly affordable.

Cons

There is no option for report delivery. The extensions need to be certified by Qlik so that we can use them with no worries.
The software's support model is horrific. Qlik uses value added resellers (aka VAR) for the most part.
It was dreadfully slow and awkward. We demo'ed a couple more software and chose Qlik Sense due its speed, scalability and performance on mobile devices.

Cons

Its license per machine feature makes it a little tricky to network. Also, support is one or two people not a team so immediate response can be a problem.
Any time I have a problem or question I contact my sales rep and get a return usually within 24 hours.
The length of some of the data fields is restrictive. The program doesn't include a balancing mechanism rechecking the commission splits with the gross commission.
