Pros

Very easy to use for end-users, very nice visual representations, perfect for "build-it-your-own", really nice tool for interactive presentations.
What I like most about Qliksense is the ease in which you can portray the information, also the duplicate function helps you to customise your sheet until you like it over and over again.
You can connect with a very wide range of systems thanks to brilliant API support. The dashboards look really good and it can be integrated in to other systems.

Pros

Within 3 months of using the solution we have already had 2 product upgrades that were seamless and addressed some of our key concerns. The Loopio team is very responsive and helpful.
They are also extremely attentive and responsive, with excellent feedback mechanisms and a great culture of continuous improvement. Loopio gets better by the day.
Their customer support team is fantastic and I couldn't possibly ask for more of them. They are fast and creative and you never feel like you don't have the support you need.

Cons

There is no option for report delivery. The extensions need to be certified by Qlik so that we can use them with no worries.
The software's support model is horrific. Qlik uses value added resellers (aka VAR) for the most part.
It was dreadfully slow and awkward. We demo'ed a couple more software and chose Qlik Sense due its speed, scalability and performance on mobile devices.

Cons

There was no sense of collaboration, a lot of time wasted, and a great deal of frustration and confusion.
But, for more complex RFPs, it takes a bit more manipulation.
Pricing and user management has been a struggle for my organization because we have a relatively low volume of RFPs but lots of stakeholders who need access to the platform.
