Qlicksense is cloud based and so ot is very convenient to access the application from anywhere on the web. Robust tools and features bundled up in this application nakes it easy to implement the solution.

Qlicksense becomes slow with data files greater than 1 GB. We had to use Qlik performance management tools to make app perform better.

Quickly able to create meaningful Dashboards and Reports out of the box. Connects to disparate data sources

Advanced features use a proprietary scripting language. Customization of out of the box visualizations could be better

Ease of use for data connection and visualizations. Administration of the product is very straightforward and security model is very tight.

Had a range of experiences with Qlik Support technicians. Sometimes passed from one to another until the correct person at the correct level was reached. Does seem to be getting better.

Great tool that allow you to slice and dice your data at super fast speed. It can parse huge amount of data and have it readily available for your analysis. Another super cool thing about the tool is ability to connect to so many different data sources

The expansion of the system is a pain, since it parse all the data onto RAM, you need to increase your server/machine capability tremendously to be able to process more data

Ability to connect to multiple data sources, very easy to create powerful data models. Many powerful visualizations to choose from (Pivot charts, trend lines, funnels, etc)

Lacks the design flexibility and some of the features that are available for Qlik View

Qlik transformed our analytics capability and allows us to serve insight at a national level for clinical research activities.

The tool is a little monolithic and has never really performed as expected once migrated to a cloud platform especially in terms of memory use.

Qlik Sense allows me to provide users with a library of BI objects (key indicators, trending charts, and other objects) based on a common data set. Users can choose to view simple dashboards or create complex analyses to support their own projects.

Some of the implementation and maintenance is still cumbersome, and I would prefer a greater capacity to centralize some areas of the published Qlik library in my organization.

Qlik out of the box is a wonderful BI tool that can be easily deployed to both SMB and enterprise. From the standpoint of customer success or consulting, its a great tool to translate highly complex data and financials into data visuals for senior management.

The learning curve can be a bit steep for non-data analysts and non-technical folks. I have however build non-technical training curriculum for Qlik successfully, so the barrier is not to bad, just be aware that deploying it out to business users without proper training material may lead to frustration.

The product is very easy to use and can be learned quickly and efficiently by all levels of users.

The implementation process took longer than we expected and it still has some improvements that are needed to make it equivalent to the functionality of QlikView.

Qlik is really a good company, in a few years thanks to an excellent work of its software optimization is gaining the leading places in the quadrant Gartner business intelligence, customer service is always available and very attentive to customer needs. There are a few negative points of this software, it would still improve the ability to interact and modify items within a single chart as choosing colors for some measures, for now you can only set up automatic color or monochrome. Starting to use the product the setting of the synthetic keys is not very easy to understand but once you understand the correlation mechanism they are really performing.

It is a great data tool with a modern UX and strong functionality - both for the user and the data back end. Lots of flexibility to build and connect data, and powerful tools for visualization & BI.

No major concerns. There is very deep functionality, so any issues are likely our own.

The visualizations that Qlik Sense provides (objects, charts, graphs, etc) are top notch, easy to consume, unique, and are currently a leader in the industry in terms of what they offer for businesses analytical and data viz needs.

The geoanalytic features offered out of the box could be improved, however, these are easily improved by adding some of the new plug-ins.

A great mix of UI and Data management makes this software one of the top in the market, especially because of the BI power that allows manipulating a huge amount of data without suffering slowness or reduction in visual quality

I would suggest choosing this software just for advanced users who are already confident with deep analysis and visualization

Qlik having all the kind of functionality to show all types of Analytical Visual and very easy to user with minimum time and afford so Business user can analyse simply at granular level.

As per my experience and i faced it, while using line chart if there is no data in between any period , that chart is using straight line instead of blank. already submitted case to qlik team.

Qliksense has a wide range of features that include interactive data visualisation, advanced analytics, data integration etc. I find it quite versatile in terms of capability in connecting to various data sources such as cloud based, big data etc.

There could be performance issues at times depending on the size and complexity of the data being used. Also, it requires a bit of training for someone new to this tool to get used to and explore the features.

QS has been helping us for a few years now. It provide us ready-to-use tools for quick insights. The desktop version gives you the chance to develop data models real fast. Data sources are practically infinite, so you can get your data connected no matter where it is. It's very intuitive for the newcommers but a strong tool for more advanced users. Dashboards and other insight visualization comes to life real quick.

The license schema and insights distribution, you need a QS Server to do it, so you need to manage your Budget wisely.

The latest upgrades to the product has been really great, there's a new feature to analyze data on a glance, giving you suggestions of analysis to make automatically depending on the column names that you uploaded, this is only one feature that impress me but there so much more with qlik sense, a product to recommend for sure.

Depending on which extensions you have been using maybe some of theme not work in the last version and you need to wait for the developer to upgrade them but many other are ok you can check hem out in qlik market.

This is a perfect software for analytics and data visualization projects. Very user friendly and easy to integrate with legacy systems for data consolidation.

I don´t have cons to raise about the tool.

In a single app you can have billions of records, you can search between every data in your app, and it's really fast. The dashboards are cool, and it's fantastic the integration between filters and click on dashboards. cool also the "lazo" filter function

On the data model viewer you can't really interact with it and modify any foreign key between your dataset, the full screen function is available only on destkop sense, not when you navigate an app deployed on your sense server (by browser)
