Excellent. Their team is great, responsive, kind, knowledgeable and flexible. They are very good at ensuring customer satisfaction. And further, the return on investment is very high.
User friendly interface Reporting Efficiencies gained
Even 10 years in, still getting the hang of the mass uploading capability with documentation for high line item RFQ packages. Wish there was an easy way to consolidate CRM functionality/capability within QSTRAT to have a one stop shop on customer/prospect/opportunity management.
