Pros

Support is generally helpful and effective in solving issues. The biggest return on the investment has been in improving consistency and efficiency in quoting.
Sell is a wonderful addition to our quoting process. Our customers love it too.
The fact that we can pull from our product catalog, feed opportunities etc and give the clients ability to do completely paperless approvals has improved our efficiency.

Pros

It is a potentially elegant solution that we wanted to use so we could scale up our selling process and hopefully reduce the sales cycle. There was no evidence that it succeeded in doing that for us.
Best thing about the company is their integrity - love the customer service and quality behind the team.
They really took the time to understand our processes and provided us with solid , well thought out solutions. Their customer service has been some of the best I have experienced with any vendor.

Cons

The product screens are vague they do not mirror the connectwise product screens. Which can make it difficult to work with.
Worst of all that we tested; expensive and incompetent.
The QUOTE button on the Opp page still does not work, FYI.

Cons

Maybe I'll get used to it and more familiarized, but it definitely isn't intuitive or efficient.
Costly for medium sized enterprises. Calculation times can be sometimes slow.
It requires a lot of clicks and updating price/making price changes is very difficult. Creating a quote used to take me about 5 minutes and now it takes about 20 depending on the complexity.

An easy quoting system that makes it simple to break away from boring proposals

Pros

I love that I can integrate videos into our quotes and proposals. Being able to offer clients options and let them easily choose their payment terms and options eliminates a MASSIVE amount of back and forth. And the template system means that I don't have to copy and paste each time. It is web-based and that means I always have access to my quotes when I need to review something. And since we use ConnectWise Manage, quotes easily flow back to ConnectWise for the work and the billing.

Cons

It is a bear to setup and sometimes use. It has so much there, but I would not call most of it intuitive.

Salesforce CPQ has helped the vendors to sell the products and services very fast with no help of the technical support team because they can see the catalog updated all the time. And if the client like they can generate the proposal very fast.

Pros

- All the products and services live in the same place. - You can generate proposals - Can Integrate many tools in CPQ like DocuSign and Xauthor -You can update or upload information very fast by using Data Loader

Cons

- We need more support team to solve our doubts or problems - More guides or videos for the application (Translated in Spanish )
