Pros

I cannot say enough great things about the team at Socket - excellent, forward-thinking product along with excellent customer service.
Socket makes beautiful quotes in minuets. It has a unique ability to give good clear easy to use cost breakdowns between recurring services and transactionable items on a single quote.
We love the acceptance procedure, Paypal integration is great, as is the link to Infusionsoft.

Pros

The software is easy to implement and use, the product catalogue all categorised is perhaps the best feature , allowing a photo to be included alongside the product and all saved for future use.
The client service was quick and effective and getting going was quick and easy. Definitely a pleasant experience.
I like the functionality of the interactions with customers. It's important for them to be able to see the proposals in a professional layout.

Cons

Overall experience has been average, the product is let down by the terrible support.
Socket has no customization at all. The biggest challenge we found is that each line item would not display its discount.
We started with SocketApp and that was serving us well. But each time I would have a pain point or wish for an added functionality Quoter added that on.

Cons

The system is down often, and is a pain when I am presenting to the customer.
No collaboration features, Some times the pictures uploaded into the quotes are poorly formatted and does not fit to the size of the page.
Doesnt integrate very well with other services such as CRM's. Its a stand alone system with a basic API.
