Love this App. I always wanted to use quoting software but wasn't impressed by other tools out there. They just create PDFs (from what I have seen) and they all felt a bit dull. This though, is just sensational. As an online marketing agency it makes sense to use something that creates an online quote that looks great and even works responsively. But the think I love is the usability. It's amazing. People but talk about UX and always say their app is 'beautiful'. If you want to see outstanding UX - check this App out.

Pros

- UX is incredible - Stunning quotes that are responsive - Create quotes using your library of content easily

Cons

- Er... none - It would be nice to have quotes in folders and edit once a quote is published but this is just being a little picky

It's great. Changed my point of view about quotes

Pros

It made me think about my business proposals in a visual way. It also integrates with Hubspot in a deep level.

Cons

It's not that Spanish friendly as I would like, and made me fear if every client would feel the friction of having some english wording in notifications and others..

The best product we've used for proposals and quoting

Improved professionalism when quoting for new work and work contracts

Pros

The sheer ease of use with great image library, solid block features to build a quote and the awesome quoting block. We trialed over 10 other similar pieces of software but the ability to have quote pricing sections which very important to us and Qwilr fitted the bill perfectly. Their support team were very helpful and even listened to our ideas on what would improve the software for us. The price options are reasonable too, with a level for everyone and even the most basic offering solid features.

Cons

Not much. We'd like to see a few further improvements in the quoting area and some more industry specific images, but these are quite niche requirements for us and for a general user these wouldn't be roadblocks.

Very happy overall. Easy to use; makes the acceptance process a breeze.

Pros

It's easy to get quotes off in a timely fashion to prospects. It's easy to update existing quotes to cut down on the workload. I love the "Acceptance" functionality. It makes it very easy to get projects moving.

Cons

It's difficult to add my Company Logo. It's not impossible, but it's not straightforward.

we use this tool to present our quotes to prospects who seem to love the tool.

Pros

I love the high quality images and videos, as well as the ability to save content for future use. Embedding videos from youtube, and of course the amazing analytics.

Cons

I would like to have more flexibility with changing fonts, and more options for the quoting feature.

Qwilr is simply the best online quoting software

Quotes are now enjoyable to create. This is a huge plus with our previous Zoho Quotes solution which was horrible. The support is awesome, very personalized and fast. I look forward to exploring the possibilities offered by their API.

Pros

Qwilr has a superb UI/UX. You can build quotes fast. It is simple, with a less is more approach to design. The result is a beautiful quote, easy to read and with many features like auto approve, pricing tables, images.

Cons

I'd love to add more features like more control on font sizes in some sections.

I enjoy being able to make a quote from any of my devices while travelling. The ability for customers to accept the quote cuts down on time waiting for POs. Customer service may be great, never had to use it :-)

Make old formatted quotes look modern and professional using Qwilr

Basically our experience has been brilliant. We are a software company and used to produce our quotes in Word and send as PDFs. Now our professional looking quotes are sent from Qwilr and we get all the analysis we need from Qwilr. Once we had a bank of content any quote is quick and easy to produce and the feedback from our customers has been extremely positive. Would highly recommend Qwilr and their staff.

Saved Blocks, ease of use, statistics and analysis tools, cloning quotes. The list is endless

A lead conversion game changer!

We had a massive issue with having to send out a large quantity of small quotes to small businesses. It was taking us so much time to create quotes, and then also having to create an invoice with basically the same information, that we were re-thinking even offering our services to small businesses! Now it's super easy to send impressive quotes and Qwilr automatically syncs with our accounting software, so no double-handling!

Pros

There are so many things I love about this software, but the biggest thing is just how visually impressive it is to send to our clients. It's also a huge time saver for us when it comes to integrating with our accounting software, so that we're not having to double handle our quotes which become invoices.

Cons

Every now and then it would be nice to "just move this bit there", but we understand every software will have limitations. An example of this is being able to have an image next to some words, instead of always above or below it.

Qwilr increases quote speed and effectiveness

We've been using Qwilr for about 12 months and couldn't be happier. It helps speed up our quoting process, supports greater collaboration on quote documents and ultimately delivers a better end result than our previous methods of preparing quotes offline with InDesign. Our clients love being able to view our documents online, and it reinforces the image we wish to portray as a digital consultancy. All round, we've found Qwilr to be an excellent tool!

Overall Qwilr is a good tool for generating quotes. It just needs to be refined to make it better.

Qwilr has great features and is very detailed.

Cons

I would like to see a back end portal for organizations to input products, services, and pricing so that when a user creates a quote there is a custom menu that can be used to populate fields instead of having to type everything per quote, or copy a previous one and modify it.

Amazing Professional Quotes, Reports, and More

I really enjoy working with the reps. I always use it for every client “I produce. The formats Wheeler provides make my work straightforward and easy to read for the client. I wouldn’t send a quote without it.

Pros

The ease-of-use, and the ability to make my quotes to clients look professional even though I’m a first-time marketing consultant.

Cons

There were so many choices of different formats that I started to get confused as to which one I should use for quotes versus reports and completed project work.

Unique Design, Questionable Interface and Functionality

I began using Qwilr a few months ago as an alternative to Nusii (which has been a great experience overall). At first, I was impressed by the design-centric options like video behind quotes, fonts and layout options. However, the ease of usability quickly became a problem. Particularly if I needed to deliver a quick and hassle-free quote to a client.

I have loved the support from Gray as I upgraded just in time for a new job.

Pros

I love that whether it's a quote, web page design, marketing pitch, or anything else, the visual editor lets me immediately rearrange or amend copy to suit the most visually pleasing format.

Cons

Pages could be a bit slow to load. It would be nice to have more typeface/colour/layout options or at least suggestions inbuilt.

Cons

The limited way of editing text in-dept (like html or css). I'd like to be able to add more of my own design. Also limited way of styling the quote area could be better for me.

Great value for the price

When we switched to Qwilr, it made copying & creating proposals much easier. A professional looking quote can be out the door in literally 20 minutes - and the viewer probably thinks we spent hours on it.

Pros

Qwilr required no training to get up & running. It's a very straightforward, easy to use platform. For only $75 a month to create unlimited proposals, it's probably the cheapest software platform we utilize, yet we use it to provide new prospects with proposals almost daily. A true bargain when you consider the cost / benefit. The proposals look professional, we always get compliments on how great they are. No more powerpoint or Word docs, and no more paying an outside designer to create something on Adobe for us. Anyone on our team can easily use Qwilr to create a great looking proposal in under an hour.

Cons

Again I'll say that despite it's shortcomings, Qwilr is still a bargain. That said, I wish that there was more ability to customize font sizes and colors. I've also found that sometimes changes don't save when multiple people are working on the same project , so you have to be careful of that. The last feature that I wish they had was the ability to see when a proposal (a "qwilr") was created. We often remember "hey - who did we do that website quote for a few months back?" - we know the proposal exists, but we can't remember the name. Then we're left paging thru hundreds of proposals to try & find it. Or if we create multiple proposals for the same customer, we'd like to be able to see which one was the most recent.

Solid app with great potential

We need a bidding/quoting tool that is classy and easy to use, with the intention of bidding construction projects to multiple contractors around the U.S.. This app is great for hitting singles, and occasional doubles, but it's missing some items that'll make it a consistent base-turning giant. The support has been phenomenal, and I am crossing my fingers they continue to invest into their app because it quite literally could be the future leader of all quoting software in the budget/minimal investment price range. Fantastic future for these boys!

Pros

Functionality is great, layouts are awesome, variety is excellent, simplicity is better than complexity, at least in the bid world, and Qwilr nails it in these areas.

Cons

Missing some key flexible features surrounding the line items/pricing tables, font and text navigations, and the trial world shouldn't have to be so stingy...just ask Trello.
