While QuoteValet (web-based) appears more modern, the desktop app feels a bit "Windows XP. Overall, fantastic software, extremely affordable, and highly recommended to anyone in the IT industry.

A great tool for up selling and cross selling to clients. This is a very robust and reliable Quoting package and sits perfectly between Autotask (our CRM package) and Sage (our accounting package).

The software makes it very easy to copy and paste information as well as edit where appropriate. An easy to understand gauge of cost/sales price and profit% allows for simple cost and profit tracking.

Chime also set up my website - now has a 'coming soon' feature for listings that is so easy to use. Great customer support, super responsive and helpful.

Knowledge base sometimes can be though to find information and they send out several updates through out the year, this can be a bit of a problem when trying to stay current.

The item numbers are limited to a certain number of characters which causes the sync to QuickBooks to fail if your part is too long.

The most horrible people on Staff and they charge you for nothing. No products and no website.

Did not receive one response from the leads. When I made the decision to cancel they have given me the run around and have charged me 2 extra months despite asking to cancel.
