QuoteWerks Features

Quotewerks has very much dictated our business and workflow for the past 8 years or so. As a quoting tool, it is very powerful. There is a small learning curve and we admittedly do not use all the available features, mainly due to the slightly outdated user interface. The Quote layout designer is very powerful especially if you have a developer that knows how to build out the templates.

The overall user experience and interface could be improved as it is not overly friendly. Better support documentation would also help improve the knowledge of the software and what it can do.

The interface of QuoteWerks is evolving on the QuoteWerks Web side while still keeping key elements from QuoteWerks Desktop to limit training and retraining. The ease of use and various integrations are some of it's strongest features. We had no issues getting it plugged into our CRM and Accounting software packages. When we had questions, Quotewerks support was always there to help guide us.

Any issues we have with Quotewerks is purely minor issues like adding other shipping companies to the list in the procurement tracking model. There are workarounds to still provide tracking for LTL and regional freight couriers, but it would be nice to be able to have the ability to track all of the couriers.

It has a simple user interface and its configuration is very easy. Allows the presentation of quotes in a professional and visually pleasing style. Provides excellent accounting and CRM platform integrations that maximize productivity. It includes electronic signatures making it easy for customers to obtain them. Its dashboard provides real-time information on quotes and orders.

The only thing I think they can improve is its user interface, it could be a little more modern and intuitive.

I like the electronic signature features and the fact that it makes document management easy It comes with some of the leading proposal management as well as quoting capabilities

Nothing to really dislike about QuoteWerks. It has all we ever needed

We find QuoteWerks to be fairly priced. It is customizable to suit our particular needs. Whenever we have had any technical trouble, the tech support team has always been quick and very knowledgeable. We have the professional edition tied into our Quickbooks accounting software, which has resulted in a large time savings!

The GUI isn't the prettiest or most modern, but it is functional and mostly intuitive. There have been frustrations with technical issues from time to time, but they are usually pretty quickly resolved with help from tech support or in an future software update. Updates are frequent and fix bugs often.

QuoteWerks makes it easy to price, quote and configure services in our agency.

QuoteWerks has nothing to do with flaws since it meets my needs.

I love the flexibility of being able to format the quotes the way I want them to look to the customer. The product listing and pricing options are very easy to use, and I can adjust on the fly very easily. Being able to sync with Quick Books Online ia great plus also.

Needs to be able to send appointments to Google Calendar. They work with Google Contacts and Gmail, why not Calendar?? Some of the features require moving to a higher level package and I am so comfortable with what I have, I have decided to do without. Just what works for me.

It's flexible and effective that it can integrate with third party softwares.Electronic payments are done which help in saving cost and time .Sending of quotes and estimates are done by this software.It enables faster and accurate calculations with very comprehensive data

The software is less expensive and has a user friendly interface ,and has meet my expectations therefore I dislike nothing.

Quotewerks is the best option for quote management. It is one of the kind application that provides all the best tools which are easy and simple to understand. There are many applications for quote management but Quotewerks is the best i have ever encountered. It integrates with available applications which makes it performance super dynamic. Everything about it is nice and it speeds up our sales processes thus saving time and increasing productivity.

Quotewerks does exactly what it was designed to do perfectly, excellently and amazingly good. The only challenge is the cost which is not pocket friendly.

I have not used Quotewerks for very long time but so far so good. It's one of the best and reliable software for quote management. The application is very easy to navigate through and has a very nice and reliable customer support. I like how it helps me to quickly create quotes, proposals and send them instantly to customers. All the features it provides are easy and simple to understand and it seamlessly integrates with other available tools which makes it super powerful and more effective.

Quotewerks is the easiest and simplest platform in quoting. I like how it helps save much time while solving tasks and the user interface is so much flexible with great customizable templates. I like how it provides live updates to prices from vendors. Quotewerks is so much helpful, useful and above all it helps us save a lot of time.

The only disadvantage is the subscription cost which is a little bit higher.

Ability to create,send and manage sales quotes and proposals is what delights me a lot when working with QuoteWerks.It's easy to configure and use QuoteWerks without any hassles.I like that sales cycle can be automated using QuoteWerks to save time and cost.It's a reliable tool that enables me to generate accurate quotes.

Ease to evaluate and implement,highly configurable features and functionality,intuitive and user-friendly interface and affordable pricing of QuoteWerks leaves me with nothing in particular as a demerit.

My favorite feature of quotewerks is how perfectly we able to integrate it with our main CRM and other third party software. The speed of onboarding and implementation of this tool was fantastic. It has done an excellent job in improving the efficiency of our quotes and proposals. Importing data to quotewerks is quick and straightforward.

I think it would feel nice if quotewerks would have a well polished and modern user interface. It also has a slight learning curve to figure it out but once you do, is usability is impressive. Customer support should improve their response times to resolve issues quickly.

First, I must disclose the fact that Quotewerks is an advanced and exceptional application for quote management. It has a very responsive, friendly and supportive customer support team behind it, anytime we experience challenges they are always ready and attentive to assist. I find it very easy and fast to create quotes and send them to our clients regardless of where they are. Also, it integrates with third-party applications which makes it more effective.

To be sincere, we had a very great and wonderful experience with Quotewerks and nothing to dislike about it.

With this platform we are saving more time capared to before where we used manual manual methods. Also you find that you can create quotes and proposal in few minutes with QuoteWerks. *The most remarkable thing about the platform is that it has very smooth user interface which is fast and responsive. Also the platform has got very customized templates. I really appreciate using QuoteWerks for it really save much time for me.

The only thing I feels should be added is the drop-down menu with details of each one. This is a feature that will be so helpful.

We have used quotewerks in our IT business for years and it works well for our needs. It has real time pricing from many of our vendors.

The integration to quickbooks desktop often did not work. We have qbo now and it syncs just fine.

I feel that QuoteWerks is a superior tool that helps us in quote/proposal management. *The best part is how flexibility and easily accessible the platform is. This quickens the usability of the tool.On the other hand QuoteWerks is so customizable hence becoming easy for us to navigate through. QuoteWerks is my pre-eminent CPQ/proposal and quote management tool. Am much impressed working with the platform.

It's really a great quoting tool. It works well with ConnectWise, and its ability to export to Excel is great.

The ad-ons, such as Etilize, are OK, but not great. It can be a bit buggy and. The Quote Valet fearute seems nice, but I think it's too expensive.

QuoteWerks allows that I can create and send send professional,customizable and accurate sales quotes and proposals without any hassles.It's possible to close more sales deals with QuoteWerks.I like ease to create,send and manage purchase orders and invoices using this tool.

Quotewerks is an excellent and a positive application for quote management. I like how it helps create and track quotes without any complications. There customer support has been very helpful and supportive any time i hit a roadblock. It helps create professional looking quotes.

The only challenging part i have ever experienced is updates to the application which can be a little bit tricky.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Minimal "bells and whistles" keeps you on task and making quotes. Great for the first step of the sales process only and sending out for invoicing to another product.

Quotewerks has the ability to see if and when your customer sees your quote. When we were looking into the product, we had received a quote from our Quotewerks sales rep and it had been ignored and was expired. We opened the quote a few weeks later to take a quick look at it and 15 minutes later we got a phone call from our sales rep. "I see you opened this expired quote. I wanted to answer any questions for you and get an updated quote if you are still interested." That sealed the deal for us. Then we found out all of the other amazing things it could do and have loved it every day. It has easily paid for itself many times over.

Quotewerks must run locally. There is a web version in development, but it is still pretty green. If you need to use it remotely you will need either Terminal Services or VPN to access it. The Quote Valet add-on gives it some web connectivity features which are helpful for viewing existing quotes and responding to customers, but not necessarily for building new quotes. Once they get the web version finished, that should help with this a lot. The product can also be a little bit kludgy to learn at first. It's been around for a long time so some of the interface is a bit antiquated.
