Pros

I enjoyed quotient for its ability to provide beautifully laid out quotes. The best part about Quotient is everything is on the same page.
Quotient is a great product and easy to use... and best of all Nathan is very responsive to input and questions. Don't you just love it when things just do what they are supposed to.
I liked the software and that it integrated with our CRM (Insightly). The setup was easy and pretty useful.

Pros

My company is in the process of incorporating DealHub as one of our everyday tools and the whole process has been amazing thus far. Everyone is so helpful and so eager to help you learn.
It is also very easy to learn once you use it for a few weeks (as an admin). It provides a myriad of amazing features and is affordable compared to other CPQ systems.
Great team and customer support - they are proactive at getting you the help you need to get yourself up and running - and most importantly you can self maintenance.

Cons

The old system had us searching through each others' folders for client information which could be both irritating and time-consuming.
No notice on pricing changes and got no response when I questioned the 50% increase.
If you are going to make this part of your business watch out as they can jack your pricing at will with no notice.

Cons

Nuanced tracking of the changes you make on the different versions can be difficult. Also, there is very limited reporting functionality.
The lack of reporting is a minus. Also, the platform does not support all languages across all features.
I dislike the fact that we stayed doing things the old way for far too long because we were hesitating with new technologies.
