Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

If I had more time, or had things not been so jumbled when I took it over, I think our portal would look even better than it does now. I love the support we receive from them, especially all of the webinars and trainings. It really helps bridge the gap between where our portal is today and where we want it to be. Minimal training time - OnSemble is very easy for staff to adapt to. The built-in modules are amazing and help with pretty much any need we've had with our Intranet.

Compared to the software we used before, Bloomfire is smart, easy to use and also really easy to update. Our teams love how smart the search is and like how easy it is to bookmark commonly used links.

This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.

I would have loved to stay with them but my project was FotosDCuba and because of the US Embargo, Cuban photographers cannot access the site. This software is a very clean, easy and elegant way for sharing drawings. It can be customized and it is very intuitive. The idea is to open up the asset vaults that will help account people send assets to their clients without a 3rd person involved.
