Pros

So far so good, the people who work for the company have been super helpful with setting it all up.
I especially love their customer support and client success divisions. Great people, always willing to help when we need.
Take the free trial and you will understand that this is a great product, the best value for money.

Pros

It is very helpful in engaging with prospects and easy to track the activities. Reports feature is very good.
They’re super helpful, and will even go out of their call of duty to make sure you’re super successful.
So easy to use and get set up. All backed up by amazing Customer Support they actually care compared to certain other players in the market.

Cons

The entire process was really frustrating - exacerbated by the fact I was on a different timezone to their support teams.
The worst part of the reply platform is that once you segment in a list it pulls it out from the prior list. This makes ongoing reporting difficult.
I never write reviews for anything, and my experience with Reply has finally pushed me to be angry enough to do so.

Cons

I'm still a new user but here are some of the things I dislike about Outplay. Lack of integration with Sales Nav - having to import prospects into Outplay with an Excel sheet is extremely frustrating.
The triggers and sequences are kept in a strange place and are not easily tested. Additionally, I had some trouble with parts of the pipedrive integration.
Sometimes delivery is delayed due to sending limits, however sending limits have not been reached.
