Pros

The pdf builder is an extremely useful new feature allowing the user to build a presentation of items to utilize for a sales call.

Cons

I'd like software to evolve to encompass lead tracking and other crm capability.

ease of use, customer service, tear sheet and quoting abilities and the simple start up. great for even non tech savvy people.

Cons

I wish it had a mapping feature and sales reporting capabilities. A CRM integration or addition the the program would be fantastic.

awesome and easy to use, very helpfull for sale-reps and easy to setup.

sales-reps are making their way more easy and the integration with the production system makes it more automatic our production supply chain.

Pros

i like the fact the without connection to a network or internet all the functions are ready to be use any moment and how; also i like the way is designed has a very interesting design and makes me very easy to use.

Cons

it take a long time to charge the images; but taking in cosideration that we use a lot and they are all hi-res i can consider that is not posible to make it better.

Pros

The user friendly app has great tools and features that make sales communication readable and clear for our many clients.

Cons

We find that there is no way to log in and see customer history long term since as soon as you refresh data you lose your quotes.

It's integrated, yes, but I feel the functions from an admin standpoint should be more user friendly

For me, This cuts out a lot of pre-press design and print production in cataloguing and physical sales sheets having to be designed and printed.

Pros

Ease of product management, order taking and order tracking

Pros

Easy to use and love the ability to review sales by customer or date range or even product.

Cons

Making changes to customer information (specifically shipping address) requires multiple steps/must be changed in several fields which makes it difficult for certain users. Updating categories and products can be difficult in certain instances ie :Once a product is no longer available, there's no way to "delete" it can only be moved to "discontinued". A minor issue for some, but because we have over 1000 items, it presents a problem at times.

Good reporting function.

Pros

very effective sales tool, very easy to set up new items and images, it has good flip books, It is very easy to learn, never crashes, very hard to lose data.

Cons

has a few limitations, hard to customize to what you need, the registration process puts some customers off and they may not sign in.

a sales tool at our shows is the main reason its used. not many reps use it on a regular basis

Pros

up loading data sheets is easy and editing the product information is simple as well.

Cons

the back end of the software is always a headache. reports never work, image uploads are a headache and even with the help of the customer support, a lot of images still don't show up.

Some features are not noticable. It would be great to have user manual to reveal full potential. In rare cases it is hard to figure out how to perform necessary operations. Iphone version has less features than tablet version.

Efficiency and closed sales!

Pros

I like how easy it is to enter an order, or with a tap, it can be a quote. I love having my product line available so if the product they are looking at on the floor doesn't quite meet their needs, I can quickly show them other options that hopefully will.

Cons

I don't really have any cons. This ap allows me to to be efficient and answer questions quickly. It is a great tool with so much at your fingertips!
