SalesExec Features In Depth

Integrated Lead Sources

SalesExec provides salespeople with tools to integrate lead sources into their lead management systems. The application has integrated with Lead Cloud to provide users with a more streamlined way to input leads from insurance and financial lead providers.

Select your lead source, determine your criteria, parameters, and rules, and then create the lead provider integration documentation that your lead source requires. SalesExec integrates with providers such as LendingTree, LeadPoint, and Norvax, among many others. You also have the option to import your contacts and existing leads into SalesExec, and then manage those contacts from within the unified platform.

Lead Distribution

Push and pull lead distribution helps sales teams route the best leads to their most prolific salespeople. Using lead routing, organizations can more efficiently manage the number of leads each salesperson receives each day. Lead recycling also ensures that leads are automatically routed to an available salesperson, even if the initial salesperson is unavailable when the lead comes through.

Depending on your vertical, you may want the ability to route incoming leads to multiple sales agents, who can then compete for those leads based on a variety of factors. SalesExec provides you with an infinite number of routing options, which you can customize and use to determine the solution that works best for your organization.

Lead Nurturing

Lead nurturing involves automated marketing tactics. For example, drip email marketing, direct mail marketing, email marketing reports, and power dialers, which decrease the time it takes salespeople to connect with leads through VoIP phone systems.

Visit the lead manager screen to identify, sort, and market to your teams. This is the place where you’ll visit to use the power dialer feature. It’s also the place you’ll go to determine the value of your leads and manage your organization’s workflows.

Generate Reports

Intuitive reporting tools help sales teams make strategic decisions on the fly. All reports generated with SalesExec are exportable, modifiable, and customizable.

Visit your SalesExec dashboard to see how your leads are performing and compare your performance against other salespeople on your team. Looking at lead detail reports, you can break down leads by source and track how many leads you’ve received, rejected, and returned. You can also see the complete tally of all the leads you’ve purchased.

We have been able to streamline our leads distribution, leads transferring, and reporting while cutting down significantly the time between receiving the customer's lead and contacting them which has improved our lead to show conversion rates.

Pros

Our company had unique and specific lead management and workflow requirements that were 100% being administered manually before migrating over to SaleExec.

Cons

Would like to see more integrations with other software and saas solutions moving forward.

And you can automate the CRM so you simply click a button and the lead is called, and disposition it with a click of a button.

Pros

There is no better CRM for working leads efficiently as this one.

Cons

I also don't like the way in Push Distribution, you can't see Lead Source fields.

It is very easy to use and saves my team a ton of time. Lots of smart features so you don't have to worry about if it's the right time to call or how often you should call.

Very Happy with SalesExec

Having previous experience with other CRMs, I found SalesExec very intuitive and easy to set up and manage.

Pros

It was the only CRM that was within our budget and also provided all of the functionality that we needed

Cons

We also experienced difficulties with the search functionality but search was recently dramatically improved and those issues are resolved

Pros

I had no knowledge of XML, HTTP Post/Get, or Ping Post whatsoever, but they trained us well, and the software is very vast and can handle pretty much everything any lead gen company would ask for.

Cons

The only thing I think it should have is to be able to see the actual per lead payout in the vendor portal, even in Revenue Sharing mode.

It should have the ability to track phone calls for Hot Live Transfers based on Buffers. It should have the ability to set payouts in client campaigns based on fields supplied. For example, if two products are in a drop-down - let's say Auto Insurance and Home Insurance - we should be able to set different payouts based on the selection at the time of lead post instead of setting up two different campaigns for each lead type.
