I didn't expect to find a product like this in a price range that meets our budget. Up until this point, I was doing this manually by setting up triggers in Salesforce, then cross checking that with a spreadsheet. Every time we onboarded another employee, I had to start over. This app has eliminated all of this and we are now adding commissions 1 pay day ahead of schedule.
It allows for very complex comp plans, which I would expect many sales orgs to love. Our comp plan is fairly simple, so I would have preferred if the onboarding and training process were more streamlined based on our needs. However we did get the system setup the way we needed, and the implementation team cared about getting us to that finish line.

Our sales organization had grown exponentially and our manual, excel driven commissions process was no longer able to keep up. SalesVista provided modern commissions tool that allowed us to streamline our process from end to end. Finance, Operations and Sales are all very happy.
The software is flexible and was able to support our unique commission plans and go-to-market needs. The output is easy to consume and sales rep friendly. We were able to automate significant portions of our commissions process, reducing the amount operational cycles, and improving rep satisfaction.

We have multiple sales compensation structures. SalesVista was able to accommodate all of them and give us and our sales reps real-time visibility into commissions.
SalesVista's support has made the greatest positive impact. In particular, implementation support has been critical to the product's success. The team's willingness to work with our team to tackle company-specific issues has set them apart from other providers.
I am on the administrative side and not in the product day-to-day. Will let others comment on the least-liked aspect.

The SalesVista team is amazing. They will work with you to find the best solutions as well as help fix any issues that arise. Great customer support!
The ease of use with this software is great. Being able to calculate 50-60 statements within a few moments vs a few hours is an incredible tool.
This software is still developing. There are areas within the software that need to be fleshed out more some examples are the reporting areas and the sales reps view. However, SalesVista team is always there to help and provide work arounds or develop the needs you are looking for

SalesVista automates the calculation of sales commission which has helped minimize errors and save time during the calculation process. It is also very helpful to keep all discussion of commission adjustments within one place. It gives the reps transparency from their end as to how things are calculated and what they will be paid.
Any issues we have had were promptly handled by the implementation team, and their dev team has been great to add features/reports as requested.
