Runaway if you Google Suites!!!

Pros

They were supposed to integrate gMail and gCalendar but it was never done. It's a real pain to use and you have to have a person who specializes it on site to manage it.

Cons

No ability to see if the email was opened and you have to have an admin build sequences.
