You waste a lot of landscape with unimportant features. The search field window (the most important area in my opinion) is too small and constantly minimized... and a pain in the ass to navigate.

Great experience, and very useful tool. With all the movement in the market lately, I was very impressed with how up to date the info was as i see contacts moving within my industry.

I would say the biggest strength to seamless is going to be the speed at which you could build list off of LinkedIn. The tool is super fast, and that's a huge help when you're scraping big list.

Incredibly easy to use and generated hundreds of emails, phones in minutes versus weeks. Also - awesome integration with LinkedIn Navigator, Google, CRM (I use Salesforce).

Seamless is what you've always wished you had

It has been pretty good.  I like the chrome add in and use it every day. 

Would like to see more bulk download capability for the same money.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. 

HORRIBLE experience. 

You cannot use Seamless on a different browser tab. They unlock your account for 24 hours. There is a one-user limit but there is no info about the multiple browser tabs on the same laptop. 
The only customer support option is email. You cannot call them, you can ask for help online. You have to post an email and wait for hours if you need to unlock the account.  I don't know why but the system can lock your account without any reason.

Customer support is useless

Ok. An every day tool for us, but it has room for improvement for users outside of the US.

Not as promised

The subscription renovation process was automated without giving us the option to stop using the product. The renew was anually with a requested 60 days advance warning if you do not want to continue. However, they don't send you a warning of the fact you're going to be renovated/invoiced. As most of the companies we don't have a calendar with alarms on renovation deadlines, they got our money for a second year without us wanting to continue. We protested and requested our funds back with no avail. Overall, a company to avod at all costs.

Overall a 10/10 does not do it justice, also a shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], who has been a great driver in my adoption of this product and is someone who you should reach out to if you're considering getting it. And if you're considering, stop considering and just take the plunge! You won't regret it.

Honest Review

Frustration, disappointment, anger. The sales presentation focused on Seamless's great search capability but never shows you the limitations on using the results that you find.  I've been using it for 5 days and have been able to access 23 useable names.  Using our older product we could gather 15,000 names in the same period of time.
