Pros

This enabled us to adopt the application across the organization at a reasonable pace. With the implementation of Sofon we improved the quality and precision of our quotations.
The Aebi Schmidt Group (www.aebi-schmidt.com) manufactures outstanding, world-wide-distributed agricultural, municipal and special equipment.
The user interface performance is excellent and a pleasure to use.

Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Cons

In the past, errors could easily slip into quotations and into production. With Sofon, mistakes can no longer be made.
This prevents mistakes from happening. Sofon also saves us time because all relevant documents are updated automatically when a change has been made.
With Sofon the errors in project forms are down from 60% to 0.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.
