Pros

I loved that it made proposals look more professional. The templates were a great start and the collaboration aspect was very useful.
The best feature are the templates for various industry. I use this soft and I recommended to many of my clients as it helps create great looking proposals, keeps track of your sales funnels.
It's great to see a SaaS product backed up by brilliant and quick customer support. This is so rare these days.

Hard to customize and make design changes. Inability to combine projects.
Deleting the final page in a section for example is not allowed, so you have to add a new page and then delete. Additionally, some of the button labels can be confusing at first.
The tone of the guys is just awful. Max 5 active proposals at any one time.

It really delivers and gives us consistency across all sales documents.

Pros

Proposify integrates with a ton of other solutions we already have in place, such as Salesforce. It's awesome.

Cons

There aren't as many templates as I would like so I could really design and customize. But there are certainly enough to work with.

It started off well and the sales process was okay but there needs to be a better understanding of what goes into implementation. Also there needs to be more transparency into things like the fee table which is not built out well.

Pros

I like the ability to embed videos into the proposal.

Cons

limitations on fee tables, implementation of the software is not easy, salesforce query does not always find the names of people I am looking for, flow pages cant be changed to and from fixed page, sometimes users see all side options and sometimes they see "trial" and not all the options even though we are not on a trial

Fantastic product

Simply put... we love Proposify. We easily create different types of proposals from SEO, to Web Design & Digital Marketing retainer projects. Then we manage our entire workflow within our app stack via Zapier which is native to Proposify...just awesome. Within this workflow we move contacts from Pipedrive to Proposify, then to Quickbooks for billing when our proposal is accepted. Thanks for such a great service.
